A. Boats and trailers may not be parked throughout the complex, but street-side parking is allowed if attached to a vehicle.

A. Whitecap Beach is about a 4-minute drive away—perfect for loading up beach gear and cruising over for the day.
Q. Are the green fishing lights working?
A. The HOA has deactivated them. Pricing reflects this, and no further discounts apply.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes! Up to two pets are welcome with no weight restrictions. Pet fees apply depending on your length of stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

The room was great. The bathroom shower was downstairs from bedrooms. That was awkward. The place was a great stay, only that some of the owner/tenants sat outside their room off and on all day and night. Made it uncomfortable to truly relax. "

The condo was very nice. Comfortably furnished and the kitchen had everything we need. The toliet in the downstairs bathroom takes about 20 minutes to refill so that can be an issue. Would definitely stay here again."
