I two main complaints. The first was the exhaust fan in the 2nd bathroom as it sounded like a jet taking off. The other complaint was the sofa we sat on the watch TV. It was a sleeper sofa and was very uncomfortable. We just happen to be in the Florida Panhandle when the weather was very much below the average for the time of the year. So, we didn't do much while in PCB. We did have some good seafood and spent an afternoon at Pier Park. Otherwise we spent a lot of time in the unit. At about 4:45 each afternoon we would go on the balcony and watch the sunset. Based on the price, I would recommend this condo if you want a place to take you family. Be aware that you have to buy a $40 (+tax) parking pass. I don't remember being told that before arrival or that parking was in a parking deck across the street from the bldg. The first morning I went to my car and found a parking violation under my wiper. It told me to use the machine by the 3rd floor elevators to buy my pass.
