This warm and inviting 2 bedroom / 2 bath villa is nestled within the beloved Purple Parrot Village Resort. Professionally designed interior is beautiful but also comfortable and welcoming. Guest will love the details and overall aesthetic the new owners are bringing to this spacious and comfortable 2 story condo that feels like a 30A beach cottage.
Perfect for families or small groups, this well-appointed unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary suite features a plush King sized bed, private balcony and ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and private balcony and offers two comfortable Double beds. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional flexibility, and a convenient half bath on the main level adds to the ease of your stay.
Inside, the living space is well appointed and tastefully decorated with beautiful original artwork. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals and snacks, whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast or winding down after a day at the beach. Purple Parrot is well known for having relaxing, signature screened porches so be sure to take time to sit and sip while contemplating how to hurry up and slow down. These inviting outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, taking in the coastal breeze, or listening to the sound of freedom when the Blue Angels to fly over on a practice day.
The Salty Peach is conveniently located just a short walk from the resort’s main amenities. Purple Parrot offers lifestyle amenities like the much loved lagoon-style pool and hot tub. Guests can enjoy soak therapy and / or float therapy while listening to the zen-like sound of the pool's waterfall. There is also an indoor heated pool, a fitness center, sauna and beach volleyball courts.
