| Description |
New Owners! Welcome to The Salty Peach at the popular Purple Parrot Resort Village. This charming coastal retreat is a place you'll want to revisit again and again. The new owners are committed to creating a special vacation destination with thoughtful details and a relaxing, coastal casual vibe. Their goal is to offer guests a fresh, tasteful, and comfortable home away from home where families and friends can create lasting memories of unforgettable beach vacations.
This warm and inviting 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa is nestled within the beloved Purple Parrot Village Resort. The professionally designed interior is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests will love the thoughtful details and overall aesthetic the new owners have brought to this spacious 2 story condo, giving it the feel of a stylish 30A beach cottage.
Perfect for families or small groups, this well appointed villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The primary suite features a plush King sized bed, private balcony, and ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom and private balcony, along with two comfortable Double beds. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional flexibility, while a convenient half bath on the main level adds to the ease of your stay.
Inside, the living space is thoughtfully appointed and tastefully decorated with beautiful original artwork. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals and snacks, whether you're enjoying a quiet breakfast or winding down after a day at the beach.
Purple Parrot is well known for its relaxing signature screened porches, so be sure to take time to sit and sip while embracing the art of hurrying up and slowing down. These inviting outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, taking in the coastal breeze, or listening to the sound of freedom when the Blue Angels fly over on a practice day.
The Salty Peach is conveniently located just a short walk from the resort's main amenities. Purple Parrot offers an impressive collection of amenities, including the much loved lagoon style pool and hot tub. Guests can enjoy soak therapy or float therapy while listening to the soothing, zen like sound of the pool's waterfall. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, sauna, and beach volleyball courts. The resort's colorful cottages and tropical landscaping create a laid back island atmosphere that turns visitors into loyal fans.
The resort is located just minutes from Perdido Key's pristine beaches, local dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures. As part of your stay, enjoy complimentary experiences through PKRM's Keys to Fun program, including dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing, golf at Lost Key, OWA admission, and more. These adventures add even more value to your vacation and give you the opportunity to discover for yourself why Perdido Key's beautiful waterways are known as a boaters paradise.
Whether you're planning a relaxing beach escape or a fun filled coastal getaway, The Salty Peach offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, style, and resort experience. You'll love it inside and out!
