This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath privately owned vacation home at the Grand Caribbean West Resort on the first floor with beach access. This condo comfortably sleeps a family of up to 6 total guests. The welcoming and comfortable living room is equipped with a television, wireless internet and a sleeper sofa. There is a patio off the living area where guest can sit and sip a refreshing beverage as they reflect on the great day they had on a beautiful beach. Watch for one of the many coastal birds that fly by and if you're lucky, the US Navy's Blue Angels Flight Team will buzz the beach on a practice day. The tasteful master bedroom contains a king size bed, and television. There are fun bunk beds built into the hall that children will love and the sleeper sofa is also available to sleep 2 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with all appliances. This vacation condo includes a washer and dryer as well. You'll have everything you need for a memorable vacation including the opportunity to enjoy free golf, deep sea fishing, a dolphin cruise, a sunset cruise or admission to OWA Amusement Park. These excursions offered via PKRM's Perdido Keys To Fun Program add real value to a family vacation. Ask a vacation planner for details. If you enjoy shopping, dining out, local sightseeing and popular attractions, you will want to visit nearby Downtown Pensacola and Orange Beach for even more fun. Be sure to book early to ensure reservations for your most desired dates. This family friendly resort is a popular beach destination. Note: Grand Caribbean East & West are under construction through approximately July 2025. The working hours for the construction team are 7:30am-6:00pm.
