Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.

"Loved our stay
We had a few issues upon arrival but it was taken care of immediately. The condo was not cleaned upon arrival but the ladies showed up and did a great job. Once we got settled in we had a wonderful stay and will be coming back."

"Best Condo Ever!!!
This condo is the best! Living room furniture with 2 recliners and a couch that has recliners! They are more comfortable than fancy uptight modern furniture! Bathrooms are huge! Shower is prefect for all sizes, lol
Beds are a little to firm for me and pillows where very flat. But I still slept like a baby.. The swimming pool and area is kept clean as is the whole property. And you have the best parking place reserved for this condo!
The view from balcony is perfect and it’s a large balcony with 2 loveseats and table with chairs. Definitely a great place to stay!"

This was a longer term visit (6 weeks) and waking up to the ocean everyday does a person well. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was beautiful!"
