The first-floor master bedroom boasts a king bed and private bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third offers full-size bunks with a twin trundle. Both share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. CLEANING -CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME! -After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. -Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation. -PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION 45LBS OR LESS. -$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days). -$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Unfortunate experience
This is my second year to book through Padre Escapes. First I wanted to note that when we got to our room it was not ready. The tubs and drains were filthy, peoples trash was still laying around in the corners of the room and the air conditioner did not work. It was 3:30 a.m. before the room was ready. I called the office to see if there was any comp., but was rudely told no that they felt that I was not eligible. I asked for the manager to call me back, which I did not recieve. When I called them she said that she would call me at the end of my stay. That never happend either. The room was full of roaches. We had to buy cleaning supllies and poison and my wife cleaned the room for us because Padre Escapes was not being accountable for anything. It is an embarrasment that they hang a paper on the fridge that says they strive to be 5 star. They have never obviously been to a 5 star establishment before nor have they ever been trained to treat customers with 5 star service. My advice is go through VRBO or AIRBNB. This was our swcond year and we leased multiple units for a honey moon. We were really let down. The management made no effort to alleviate anything or even call us back. They will charge you for a broke cup, early checkin, use of the garage, and anything else they can but have no accountability when thier imspectors, equipment, or service fails you. Nowhere near 5 star. "

"Idyllic Mustang Island
This modern three bedroom townhome on an idyllic waterway walking distance to White Cap Beach was enjoyed by our family of 3 for a lovely week by the sea. The home was exactly our taste in thoughtful decor and furnishings, with every possible implement provided for our family of foodies and comfortable for both remote work and fishing! The wildlife, especially birdlife, show from our living room kept us constantly entertained. We have spent years traveling to South Padre Island and have found a new favorite beach vacation destination! Padre Escapes was outstanding with every question answered patiently and cheerfully and overall outstanding communication which we appreciated enormously. Top notch customer service is a rarity and this team is doing excellent work!"

"Pier 13 Unit C Cangrejos of the canal
The unit was beautiful. Wonderful access to the water. Our concern were the ants. A tremendous amount. We bought spray and notified the office who quickly sent a representative to spray. Also of note a cockroach or two were found."
