Dine indoors or outside with the sunset above the lake as your backdrop. Relax in the beautiful pool or nearby lounge chairs. A short walk down the paved trail leads to a private dock with an upper deck lounge area, swim ladder, hammock & large, grassy lawn. Stop on the trail at the viewpoint landing for a private picnic. Regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs, the parties agree that it would be difficult to determine actual damages and due to the uniqueness of the property, it would be unlikely to resell the Property in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the agrees that the following cancellation fee schedule applies to any Guest cancellation following Reservation Confirmation:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds within 14 days.

Please note, force majure events are not reasons for being able to cancel, change or alter this reservation and receive a refund. If you have any concerns about this Cancellation Policy we urge you to purchase travel insurance that fits your needs or concerns.
