With high-speed wifi, this home is perfect for remote school/work. This property is regularly set for 16 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 17 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. Two garage spots available upon request with TESLA charger. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

The house is situated in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful view of Lake Austin. You are assigned a house manager who meets you at your arrival and makes sure your stay goes smoothly. They are available 24/7 with anything you need. The house is very spacious with everything you could want. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding and linens are luxurious and very comfortable. The kitchen has two islands and is big enough for a large family. The game room has anything you could want! They also have a game closet with board games and toys for kids. The backyard is huge....you can’t tell that from the pictures. There is plenty of fun for the whole family outside. From the sand volleyball to the sports court, there is something for everyone to do. They have pool toys and every ball you could want for the sports court. There are kayaks and paddle boards, including life jackets also. The house was very clean upon arrival and the decor is beautiful. We rented a boat one day that picked us up right at the boat dock in the backyard. The sandy beach was a big hit with the kids. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. The house manager stopping by to check-in on us was nice and he was very friendly. He was in and out before you even noticed he was there. The only reason that I could not give this property a perfect 5 star rating is because the car limit was very inconvenient. We were told that we could park at the lot at the hiking trail nearby, but that walk back was about 15-20 minutes. We were back and forth between the house and other locations, so after the first few trips, it got pretty frustrating having to figure out whose car got to stay parked in the driveway and who had to move their car.
