It features both lagoon and golf views from the back deck. Beautiful southern foliage with live oaks and spanish moss create a peaceful backdrop while enjoying the villa's outdoor space. In the interior, this villa features an open floorplan, with a spacious living area and stately fireplace as the centerpiece. The kitchen has been completely updated with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area features seating for 6. The Primary Bedroom features a flat screen TV, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway, leading to another full hall bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The guest bedroom also features a flat screen TV as well as two twin beds. Evian is a beautiful private community with its own pond, community pool, and community tennis courts. It's a short bike ride to the Shipyard Beach Club from this unit and has everything you need for the perfect Hilton Head vacation. A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are permitted with payment of an additional pet fee.

Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of your stay.

The kitchen was well organized with a nice set of dishware and utensils. The hardwood floors were beautiful, which made it feel cleaner than having wall to wall carpet that can retain odors and stains. It is very quiet in this corner with nice pool and tennis courts a few minutes walk to the center of Evian. Lots of utensils and cookware in kitchen to facilitate cooking. Just wish there was a gas grill instead of electric one. Also recommend updating the den TV to one that uses Roku(like in the 2 bedrooms). They need a new couch, very uncomfortable and the kitchen smells? Kitchen garbage wouldn’t stay shut, dual coffee maker wouldn’t run clean water. Bathrooms were pretty good, and clean. Floor was dirty, my socks were filthy, needs a good scrubbing. Dyson vacuum was good, but heavy and didn’t do floors. Heating system wasn’t great but maintenance fixed it. All in all we were happy and I am a bit of a germs phobic, but could be easily upgraded and cleaned better and we’d probably pay a bit more ... to bad we’re Canadian and very offended by your president, won’t be back next year."
