Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to travel plans.
No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or events such as illness or mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is non-refundable.

The main bathroom tub had a film and dirt in it which was clearly visible when filling the was an oily film. The floor of the bathroom had hair all over it. There was a garbage can full of garbage in the garage. It was a nice place. Just needed to be a little cleaner for the amount paid for the rental. "
