CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds unless the range of dates specified in the contract and the total amount is recovered through another rental contract. If the property is able to be rented for the same time period at the same rate, Five Star Tamarindo will refund all payments minus a 20% administrative fee. If Five Star Tamarindo cannot re-rent the property outside of 30 days, the company keeps the full booking deposit. If the cancellation comes inside the 30 days prior to the reservation and Five Star Tamarindo cannot re-rent, the company will reserve the right to keep the full payment.

"Casa Milagro
We stayed at Casa Milagro for a week with our family of 9 ( 6 adults and 3 children)at the end of November. We thoroughly enjoyed this house with the location so close to the beach. We also had a beautiful private pool at the house which our young grandchildren loved. Romi was a terrific host from 5 Star,and gave us an excellent orientation to the house and was able to help us with anything we needed during our stay. Karen was a perfect house keeper and cooked us amazingly delicious breakfasts and kept the property spotless and the pool was well maintained by a lovely friendly man. Overall, we would highly recommend this particular well maintained house and the reliable and professional management company as well. "

"Stunning house with amazing location
We stayed here with two families (with kids and teens) and it was perfect. The layout of the house makes it very nice for groups because all the rooms have an attached bathroom, with the only exception being the twin-bed room which the smaller kids slept in next to their parents. The house was beautiful with everything you could possibly need, and the kitchen was fully outfitted. The house is only a quick walk down a gated alley to the white sand beach. The pool area was lovely with areas for sunning or resting in the shade reading and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again, it was a perfect vacation home and only a short walk away from downtown Tamarindo."

"Wonderful vacation home
This home is as described but the two bedrooms in the main house would best suit a family as they are not private from each other. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the dining room spacious. The beach is a small walk through a gated walkway. The beach is spectacular.
The home and pool are very clean and all the staff were professional and helpful. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children and the set up was perfect."

"Great Family House
Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property is perfect for a family with the master bedroom / attached bedroom in the main house. Easy walk to the beach. The outdoor area has plenty of seating areas. The cabana w/ the fans is perfect for those that want to stay out of the sun and in the evenings to keep bugs away. Property and pool area were very clean. We would definitely come back!"

"Location, location, location...
This house was perfectly suited for my family of 5 as my children are young adults. Everyone had more than plenty of room for themselves. The courtyard and pool area were fantastic and where we spent much of our time. The location cannot be beat, so close to town that we didn't need a car, but away from the bustle as well. We enjoyed watching and listening to howling monkeys in the trees just outside the compound."
