CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

The view of the ocean and golf course from the balcony was amazing! The unit was very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed, including beach chairs, were there. The beach chairs are a little older and could be updated. We were notified that the air conditioning unit was not connected to the WIFI and gave approval for someone to come and connect it. The day before we left we noticed that the air was not working and contacted management. They had a service man there that afternoon. Very prompt we felt. Unfortunately the air conditioning unit needed to be replaced and the service man was contacting owners that day. The pools and beach are very accessible and the food and drinks at the pool are delicious. Flagler Beach and St Augustine are very close and we ate at wonderful restaurants there. We are planning on coming back next year and are hoping to stay in this same unit. We were very comfortable in it."
