I have been vacationing at Waters Edge for over 10 years and this is one of the nicest condos I have stayed at. Very clean and well stocked with Essentials. The decor has that “beach” feel which is also a plus. Would certainly stay here again."

"Super location!
This was our first time to South Carolina and any Marsh area- the location is absolutely beautiful and close to the Marsh Walk, Murrell's Inlet, great restaurants, etc. The Beach is great, the condos all face the ocean, which is super. Sitting on the balcony having coffee while watching the ocean and even some dolphins one morning was the highlight of our days. The condo did need some major renovation, and we were missing some key items. There was too much furniture in the rooms and it was large, unnecessary furniture. The tub faucet leaked all day, chipped floor tile, The bed was comfortable though. "

had a great time at waters edge. beach was excellent staff was was very accommodating and even extended our stay at a reduced rate. parking was easy. room was well furnished and clean. only issue was the 2 couches in living area were not comfortable and not easy to sit on as they seemed worn down. cushions would sink down onto folding bed. stayed at this resort several times and would recommend "

Condo itself was ok, furniture was clean so that's a plus. Nice view. Building looks very old. If you want to rent a condo here, I suggest you do it through VRBO. I reserved through the management company directly because this was very last minute, and nothing was left available elsewhere. On that note, not sure if it's the management or individual owners decisions, but I've never heard of a resort where they leave you only two extra rolls of toilet paper, and then you have to go buy your own (which I was not told until I got there). Also, no hand soap in the bathrooms, not even dish soap. Had to go shopping in order to go to the bathroom! Go to the pool and was told there are no pool towels. Seriously?? A resort? So not only did I have to go shopping, but had to do laundry on my short vacation of 4 days! Management on site very unfriendly. Also on the website, they claim to have a cafe. Well there is none! You want coffee, have to go out and get it, or again buy your own stuff. Also, too many kids in the hot tub."
