Renter’s ID and credit card must be presented at check-in or via email
Electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in
Maximum occupancy: 20 guests (strictly enforced)
Parking for 6–7 vehicles (no RVs, campers, or trailers)
Outdoor areas are monitored by video cameras for safety and permit compliance
Includes accidental damage protection up to $3,000

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"Perfect Reunion House!
This is the perfect home to rent if you want to have your family reunion on the river. It has ample living, kitchen, sleeping space and even a covered outdoor patio complete with smart TV. The deck just above river level is a wonderful cooking spot with a view. The home is beautiful, will rent it again!"

The house was so nice. We all loved that we were able to have our own bedrooms. The only thing we did not care for is the river access. The stairs down to the river are very steep and the floating dock was kinda small and would not float with more than two people on it. The only other thing that was a little annoying is the water pressure was very low in the showers and at the kitchen sink. "

The home is awesome, plenty of dining sitting, also great for games. Plenty of room and loved all the bathrooms. The host is awesome and quickly responsive to any questions. Our extended family had a lovely time in this spacious, comfortable house--and by the river! We loved the deck and dock and appreciated the excellent stairs. We were delighted to find the tubes and made good use of them. Two refrigerators is a terrific idea; the whole kitchen was beautifully functional. And we appreciated all the bathrooms! Thank you so much for making this house so spacious and comfortable and for creating such excellent river access. We used the upper deck almost constantly.

"Amazing Staycation
My family and I decided to start a new tradition and rent a nearby waterfront property to bring in the new year. This was a great choice! The property has been renovated and it shows! The amount of rooms and bathrooms is exceptional, plus there are two sections of the home w/a bit of added privacy. The access to the water is well protected with a gate which made it safe since we brought our three toddler aged grandchildren. The property is also pet friendly, and has plenty of space to cook for large families with double fridges! "

"Wonderful Time Away and Excellent Space
We rented this property to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We invited 5 other couples (no kids) and absolutely loved the space. We honestly booked in BIG part due to the TWO large tables in the kitchen area where we could set up multiple board games.
The space was clean and spacious AND we loved how there were separate wings for the bedrooms. The river and area was beautiful, but only a couple of people dove in for a "cold plunge" as it was certainly too cold to swim in. Nonetheless, the outdoor area was lovely.
We enjoyed being close enough to town to order good food, but far enough away to feel like we were actually retreating a bit.
If we could get a group together again like that, we'd definitely go back.
While we didn't have kids, a lot of the rooms have bunk beds and could have accommodated them nicely. "
