It offers exceptional oceanfront amenities including indoor & outdoor pools, a large lazy river, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, a kiddie pool and an exercise facility. Enjoy the fitness trail and oceanfront children's playground nearby.

Our beautiful 1500 sq. ft. three bedroom condominium located on the 12th offers panoramic ocean views with relaxing ocean breezes from the large private balcony. The balcony can be accessed from the living room and master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops.
This exceptional decorated condominium has a large master suite with king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in shower and two sinks, granite countertops and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The open living area has a sectional sofa, flat screen TV and amazing ocean views.
Enjoy golf, tennis, shopping, live shows, great dining choices in on the the most sought after oceanfront vacation spots in the world.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

"Great vacation
We had a great condo very clean and great location. The only thing I didn’t care for was the furniture on the balcony. Needed more chairs. The plastic one were very flimsy. Other than that is was beautiful. "

"Perfect- Home away from Home
Our stay at Southwind 1204 was home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and everything this condo had to offer. The location was beyond perfect as we had easy access to the beach and the pool everyday. The view was amazing. The home was also close to many attractions within a 8 to 10 minute drive. Perfect! For the home, we would recommend to have extra supplies such as trash bags to help keep the home clean. Extra toilet paper would be nice as well. We have a family of four and 2 rolls per bathroom for a week barely made it. Other than that, no complaints. "

"Quiet, clean rental with excellent furnishings.
The property description was exact. All items listed were available and in good working condition. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishware, pots and pans. The inclusion of a crock pot was appreciated. The condo was cleaner than most and a vacuum and swifter were provided. The location is close to the elevator which is convenient, but the elevator noise can be disruptive in the front bedrooms. The refrigerator bins on the door were in poor condition and the filter was due for a change. We contacted the management and received a response immediately. Replacements were ordered and brought to the condo. Management was very good to work with and always answered emails or calls quickly, sometimes minutes after posting. Being winter, there was very little traffic which made for a quiet stay. The location is perfect with a beautiful beach area, good size balcony that is well furnished, and in a residential setting. We highly recommend this property as well as Vacation MB."

"Ladies trip
We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was just as described, the view was great and the location was great as well. Very clean and plenty of room for our group of five. The only negative is that there is nothing supplied for guests. No dish soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, paper plates, foil, Pam, toilet paper, paper towles, etc. We had to purchase all the Raw Materials. We flew down and could not possibly bring all of these necessities. We purchased all of it and then had to leave it behind. Hopefully the cleaning people can use the things we left, otherwise who knows who kept it. Aside from that, it was a wonderful time and would higly recommend the condo. Be prepared though to purchase everything."

"Beach Vacay
We had a great time staying in our rental! Everything was super clean, comfortable and was in a great location!! The only thing I would have liked to see is maybe have a little more provided by the rental as far as amenities. We flew in to Myrtle Beach so having to then go buy paper towels, toilet paper, etc seemed a little silly considering what we paid to stay. Other than that, would totally recommend to anyone! "

"Exactly as Described and Promised
Too often a property is exaggerated by words and pictures. In this case, it was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was SUPER clean. Had an issue with HVAC (a fluke issue, not old equipment or failure to maintain) and the management company responded immediately and was resolved within a few hours with excellent communication throughout. Also, great location, north of the very busy and crazy part of MB, but very easy to access when wanted. Thanks...we had a great visit!!"

"AWESOME unit!!!
This unit was fully updated. We have stayed at Southwind many times and this is definitely the BEST unit EVER!! The beds were great, not tired and worn out. The sectional in the living room was perfect and allowed seating for everyone. The kitchen was equipped well and had a Keurig! The master bath shower was the BOMB!! Will always try to book this unit on repeat stays. Can't think of a thing I would have changed. One word describes this unit - AWESOME!! "

"Great Place To Stay
The property was just as we had hoped! Great location. The pictures are EXACTLY as it is. The pools and hot tubs were great. Not crowded at all. Property is excellently well-maintained. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to ALL my friends and family. Easy to find. Right on the beach as pictured. 12th floor so breathtaking views of beach and ocean. You do need to bring extra bath towels...or utilize the washer/dryer located in the unit...which we did. You need to bring your own beach towels and beach accessories...aka....toys/chairs/blankets/shade/floats. Traveling on a plane...we just went to Walmart and bought cheap beach chairs and a cheap volleyball. Worked out perfect for us! Restaurants and all activities are easy to find. We rented a car and by the end of the vacation knew the area like we were locals! Any questions...just ask...I will be honest!
We hope to return again someday!!"

"Wonderful Anniversary Getaway
