"Need heads up on things to bring
The only suggestion: we did not know we needed to bring salt, pepper, sugar. Also only partial rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc."

"Would stay here again!
Great location to stay in proximity to Disney. Condo was cute, roomy, and had the amenities we like to have, while staying away from home - washer/dryer, full kitchen, and wi-fi. I don’t generally sleep soundly, when I’m in any bed other than my bed at home, but I slept like a baby every single night we were at the condo!
Upon arriving, I had some concerns regarding the bedding (it wasn’t dirty, just not what I was anticipating), which management promptly responded to and took care of! Based upon past experiences at locations my family has traveled to, I always do a thorough walkthrough of wherever we are staying, before anyone gets settled. In doing so, I found a sock under the master bed and some clothing tags on the floor of the closet of the second bedroom. This didn’t impact my experience negatively or make me feel as if the condo itself was unclean. I disposed of those items and chalked it up to them simply being overlooked, when the condo was cleaned prior to our stay, which can happen to anyone.
We enjoyed our stay very much, except for needing to leave early (our decision) to evacuate before the incoming hurricane. In all of our years traveling to FL for vacation, that was definitely a first for our midwestern family - haha! We would definitely stay at this condo again! Management was also so great to work with, which I appreciated!"

"Could be better, but it did its job.
Everything was amazing but the living room TV kept glitching and the bed in the main bedroom was sunken in. Definitely hard to sleep in. If the bed and TV got fixed I would give it a 10/10. "

"A short walk to the pooll
The condo was clean and bright. It is a short walk to the main area and pool/water slides, but far enough to avoid any excessive noise. Shopping and groceries and all parks are just a short drive. The grounds and roads are well maintained within the gated community. "

The condo has great beds, tons of blankets, super comfy pillows and shower has amazing pressure which is important to me!
There were some small challenges in terms of the cleanliness details of the condo. Dust/debris under the beds, spots on the walls that could use a super quick paint touch to look more updated. Great updates in kitchen and as I said beds are great.
We did let the property manager know about the cleanliness, safe did not work, batteries for TV were corroded etc. Property Manager said they would come and clean right away which was very nice but to be honest these are things I would hope are done before a stay. I do appreciate the quick follow up from the Property Manager and do appreciate he followed up with the cleaning company as that is out of his control if they do not do a thorough job. We have been staying at Windsor Hills for over 15 years, so there is a lot of competition out there so some items to make the condo more homey like setting the table, fixing or replacing kitchen chairs, laundry detergent so guests can put in a load of bedding/towels before departure, clock on the wall etc. would go a long way.
The Property Manager was SUPER responsive which was great and the location of the condo is very nice and super close to the pool but far enough away it is nice and quiet to enjoy the balcony. We enjoyed the quiet balcony with a coffee in the morning, which was lovely. "

If you are expecting the Ritz-Carlton, this is not it. Not meant as a complaint, just a clarification. But the unit owners and the complex overall have done an extremely impressive job with doing as much as they can to make this an exceptional place to call home for a few days. The unit is lovely and modern, the pool area is incredible - never seen anything like it for a condo complex, and the people are friendly and accommodating. Specific to the unit, the service was exceptional and responsive. Would definitely go back there if headed back to Orlando. Wouldn’t even look elsewhere. "

Great location close to parks and grocery store and restaurants. Security gate to neighborhood. Unit was clean and nice. Would have been nice to have a couple pods of laundry detergent pods since there was a washer and dryer so be sure to bring everything you need. Also if anyone staying elsewhere needs to visit you, you have to get them on a list prior to your stay. "

"Comfortable stay
Very spacious rental with large bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Kitchen was functional and had all the utensils and appliances needed. The pool and kids water park a plus. The playground located in the grounds was very nice. Close to many restaurants and Walmart nearby made shopping convenient. we wish some electrical outlet protectors were available because we out baby was crawling. Some more cleaning supplies like a broom or a swiffer would have come in handy."

The condo was just like the picture. Very clean and sanitized. Alfonso, was very accommodating with our requests and answered our concerns right away. The gated community was very secure, the pool was heaven after a day at the parks. And the condo is close to a Walmart, Starbucks and many restaurants. I will definitely one back."

"Adequate Rental & Experience
Condo was ready when promised, easy to enter & clean upon arrival. The dryer didn’t work but issue was resolved 2 days later. Management was very prompt & responsive. Long term renters or those that plan to cook a lot may be disappointed, as we were. The condo is lacking basic cookware, such as mixing bowls, measuring cups, a pizza cutter, rubber spatulas, etc. All of those items, as well as an electric griddle, would be a nice touch. The bathrooms had no washcloths, only large towels. Our friends had a rental in another building that had all these things, as well as a Kuerig, toaster oven, plastic cups (for kids - all of our were glass) & more decorative pieces that made the space feel more homey & less sterile. We noticed hooks on the wall in a couple rooms where art was likely located previously but had not been replaced. Overall, clean, basic & responsive management. But really lacking key items that would constitute a better functioning experience. "

The property is close to all major attractions. The condo is equipped with the basics--more kitchen wares would be helpful as well as laundry baskets in the closets. It is spacious and comfortable. The best part is the beautiful pool, water slides, splash pad, and games in the club house. An added bonus is the shop where you can order drinks, ice cream treats, and food, all at reasonable prices. "

"Great location - Great Condo!
In February, we booked this condo for a week at the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. The location was great and the condo was very nice, we had a wonderful time!
The condo was booked through AYP Rentals and we dealt with Alphonso Vergara, Sales Director. Prior to booking we had several questions, and every time we would send an email to Alphonso, he would reply right away. Once we arrived in Orlando, we had an issue with the keyless entry code but we contacted Alphonso and it was fixed the next morning. I highly recommend this condo, which can accommodate 6 people. The service from Alphonso was excellent, professionally all the way! We are definitely going back!!!
