Newly updated interior with fresh paint and new features. In the mornings, enjoy the sunrise over the Blue Waters, on the balcony with your cup of coffee. Life has just slowed down for you. We have some great recliners just for those moments. In the afternoons, it's a shady spot for a happy hour or outdoor reading area. The pool is in sight too. It is heated and palm trees wave in the wind. The hot tub and workout room is there for you as well. BBQ your steak or shrimp by the pool and enjoy true Island time. The ocean Blue Waters are just on the other side of the dunes and waiting for a long walk or a swim in the Gulf. The beach is clean and ready for fun! The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes and has everything you need on your vacation, including a crockpot. The bedroom offers a comfortable, firm queen size bed. CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/NO WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).
