CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Great stay!
Overall, we had a great stay at this condo. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and worked well. Only suggestions I have are minor. It would be helpful for the next visitor to have a few basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic) and some storage bowls for leftovers. We would rent from Padre Escapes and stay at this condo again."

"Horrible experience
I stayed at the Beach Club condos and after reading reviews I thought I got a good deal. The condo was not ready at check in time (30 minutes late). When I first came in it smelled like cigarette smoke. I later saw a cleaning lady smoking a cigarette while cleaning another room. There were 3 or 4 pubic hairs on the toilet. I never minded these things because I wanted to love it. I shouldn’t have bc it got worse. The comforter had bed bugs on it, at first I just saw two on the outside but once I pulled back the second blanket, I stopped counting at 20. It was infested. After contacting management they said “they are ticks not bed bugs” in a elated chipper voice. WTF? We all left itching and slept in the beach one night.The stairs are steep going straight up no slant. The hot tub had no heat and no jets so it’s just a kids pee area, literally. When I tried to call after hours two people suddenly couldn’t t hear me and hung up once I asked if someone could turn it on. On top of it all they refused a refund. They first offered a discount on the next stay as if I would want to spend more money with them. Then they tried to flip the situation on me saying, I had a dog. I had a Walmart bag of dog food that I left out of my bag, after dropping my dog off in another city, before the trip. They said I had “dog bones”. They were left over rib bones in a to go plate from Fourth of July meal. Total gas lighting. I did not have a dog but I do have videos and pictures of bed bugs or “ticks” coming out of the pillows case and sheets. I have never left a bad review but this place sucks so bad I would hate for anyone to be fooled. "

The unit was very clean, The location was good, had the evening sunshine looking out at the lagoon. Bed was comfortable. Would be nice to have a recliner. All in all I would stay there again. "

"Clean with Updated Furnishings!
We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The property was clean, had a comfortable bed, TV’s that weren’t too complicated to work (not a fan of internet TV and prefer always REAL cable). Hopefully one day the condo association will update the exterior hallways so the property will have a better exterior appeal."
