Pool and Hot Tub:
Pool and Hot Tub heating is optional. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like the pool and hot tub heated. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a heating fee ($85/night + tax for the duration of your stay).
Estrella Mountain Ranch is a fantastic home base for some of Arizona’s most popular attractions;
* Play the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course at Estrella and grab a quick drink as you pass by the home on the 7th green
* Hike or bike the many trails directly from the home
* Spend time at the Estrella north and south lakes and rent a sailboat!
* Estrella features tennis courts, basketball courts, and playgrounds
* Goodyear Ballpark is home to the Cincinnati Red and Cleveland Guardians (10min drive)

- Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
- Because the pool is not fenced, this property may not be suitable for young children; adult supervision is required. All the exterior doors leading to the pool area do have high door handles (4ft. off the ground) for some security while children are inside the home.
- External security cameras in use in front and sides of home.

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"An amazing home
We absolutely loved this house. It has to be our favorite Vrbo we have ever stayed at. It was very clean. The owner left detailed instructions that helped us with operating the pool and hot tub. The location was beautiful: nice backyard with a private view, quiet lot on the end of the street. I love to cook and the stove and outdoor grill were modern and easy to use. We are considering renting this place again! We highly recommend this home!!!!"

"Luxury in the desert
This house in a gated community on a par 3 hole is a gem. The minute we walked in it was obvious the owners wanted you to feel special and welcome. So many nice touches, clean, and adorable subtle decor for Easter that was a few weeks away made us feel at home. We were 1 of 2 families for a total of 7 and there was enough space, privacy and accommodations for us that we didn’t want to leave. The pool was amazing. We were there middle of March and paid to have it heated - it was perfect temperature for us. Great communication from the owner. It located quite a ways out from restaurants and bigger attractions that the Phoenix area has available, but we knew that when booking. If you are looking for a quiet private home with a beautiful pool and view you will love this home. "

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing! This is our second time stating here and it was just as amazing as before. The location is so quiet and beautiful and the photos of the house are amazing online but when you really see how big the space is in person, you feel like the pictures dont do it enough justice. We will always try to stay here for our vacations in the Phoenix area. Only a 25 minute drive into scottsdale area."

"Gorgeous high-end home on Estrella Golf course.
This home is beautifully decorated throughout with a modern western decor. It is extremely comfortable from the oversized leather sectional in the living room to the heated pool outdoors. My guests and I all ended up peeling back the bottom sheet of our bed to check out the mattress brand so we could get one for home they were honestly that comfortable to sleep on. The home also has all high-end appliances in the kitchen and there are large screen TV’s in every bedroom. Kevin was a great host, every question I had was answered within five to ten minutes of messaging him. The entire home is like being in paradise. I can’t wait to go back again next year!"

The property is as amazing as the photos in the rental publication, you will not be disappointed. It is an escape from the winter especially with the heated pool. The fire bowls at night provides an ambience while you relax outdoors in comfortable chairs.
The bedrooms include 3 Very comfortable king beds. The master suite is as fit for royalty and will not disappoint. If you love a BBQ, has all the accessories and spices for a great steak. Enjoy your stay, we did!! "

Our family of 9 enjoyed a fun weekend at Phoenix Raceway while staying at the beautiful Desert Dreamin’ vacation rental. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor putting green. We absolutely loved this home! It was the perfect place for our family vacation. Beautiful home, clean and spacious with all the extra things that we needed (Beach towels, cleaning supplies, dishes & pots and pans). The outdoor living space was amazing and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful pool and scenery. The location of the home was also a plus, last house on the street that backs up to a beautiful golf course. This vacation rental has so much to offer!
