This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! Complete with all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances, an updated kitchen and updated bathrooms. This private beach house also has a private pool (not heated) & hot tub (open year round), bonus entertainment room w/board games, beach equipment and an electric vehicle charging port. **Please note that even though the hot tub is open year-round, it can only heat about 30 degrees above the outdoor temperature during the cooler months**
“I'll 2nd That” can accommodate a total of 10 guests. The master bedroom has 1 king, the 2nd bedroom has 1 king, the 3rd bedroom has 1 queen and twin bunk beds with a dividing wall for privacy. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-FI, free parking and a propane grill.
“I'll 2nd That” is in the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach. Its directly across the street from McLean Park which has 2 playgrounds, a baseball field, tennis courts, several picnic sheds, walking trail and a gazebo overlooking the pond. To get to the beach, you simply walk 2 short blocks down 2nd Ave S. (0.2 miles). Main Street is only 2 blocks away as well (0.3 miles) where you can enjoy The Pavilion Arcade & ice cream shop, several restaurants, souvenir & specialty shops and popular shag clubs & beach bars (some places are only open seasonally).

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

This home is beautifully updated, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail, from the stylish lighting to the comfortable furniture and modern finishes, made our 4-day girls’ trip the best. The pool and hot tub were the cherry on top, and the backyard felt like a private oasis with Adirondack chairs and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. Plus, the location is perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and to Main Street for shopping and dining. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!"

"OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY!
We love staying here. This was our second year staying here. It’s always clean and well maintained. We love the keyless entry feature. There are so many options for sleeping arrangements and that’s perfect for us with 3 kiddos. The pool is amazing and the heated feature of the hot tub was amazing since we were there during a cold front. There is a park right across the street, the beach is literally right down the road and so easy to get too, and all of the restaurants you could want are so close. It is also really close to a lot of mini golf places and activities for families. Highly recommend staying here. We can’t wait to come back next year!"

"WONDERFUL Family Vacay
PROS: Loved the house, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, grill, location, decor, cleanliness, being across from a great park, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Super safe, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely rent here again!!
CONS: REVIEW: Kitchen window needs curtain. Beach and pool house should have beach towels. Bath towels are way too small and should be plenty. Itemized list of beach stuff in garage needed, brought stuff we didn’t need. Small trash cans needed in bedrooms and laundry room.
Hand towel holders needed by 2 bathroom sinks, plenty of wall space.
sinks. Mildew on outdoor cushions, need bleached badly. 3 main bed really need thick memory foam toppers. Too hard for all of us. Sheets don’t fit beds, kept slipping off corners. VERY poor quality sheets too, not soft at all, feel cheap. Hot water quit working, took two hours to get a callback from maintenance man. Even if you can’t come right away because of another call, just let guests know you got it and you’ll come when you can.
A/C needs major help, unit is too small for house. Guests shouldn’t be limited to 70°, especially at night. BRING FANS if they don’t start providing them. Kitchen cupboards and drawers really need cleaned out and organized and better kitchen supplies provided for cooking

"Fabulous Beach Escape
Loved the location and the lovely home. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The home worked great for our family. As frequent renters, we do have some comments, mostly housekeeping related. Firstly, lower quality bed pillows, sheets that didn’t fit the mattress, stained comforter, poor quality towels, few hand towels, no beach towels or pool towels provided. No bath soap, tissues, plastic wrap, foil, zip locks, storage containers and a simple toaster. More serving bowls and trash bags. No clothes hangers in two bedrooms, about 5 in master. Outdoor trash can was stinky and overflowing from previous guests and should have been addressed before we moved in.

"Family spring break
We have zero complaints and would definitely love a return visit. Within walking distance to the beach, backyard was beautiful and private, management fixed the hot tub within hours of it not working, and the house was absolutely beautiful! All five star ratings. "Comfortable and Elegant
Elegant and private beach house. We are return guests, and hope to come back again. The house is comfortably and beautifully appointed (without being overdone). The enclosed patio is refreshing and serene with the spa cascading into the pool. The beach is lovely; it's only 2 short blocks to the sand. Short 2-1/2 block walk to the shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Short drive to the grocery store. Couldn't be better for a vacation house!"

"Heaven by the beach
My family and I had an amazing time. The cottage was even better than the pictures showed. The spacious living areas and bedrooms were great and the pool and hot tub were our family favourite. There is a public park right out the front door with 2 playgrounds, a baseball diamond and a pond. The house is 2 blocks from the beach with a literal straight walk to a beach access. My kids haven’t stopped asking when we are coming back. "

"Perfect Location - Lovely Stay
This home makes you feel like you live at the beach. The home was clean, perfect size for 2 families, right across the street from a park which is great for the kids. With the golf carts, it was the easiest trip back and forth to the beach. Fantastic location in N Myrtle with things to do and places to eat. Management was wonderful and responsive. Garage was great to store beach stuff "inside" without having to drudge through the house. The pool/hot tub combo was perfect. Even has a little green space for yard game if you wanted. "

"Above and Beyond
We rented I'll 2nd That last week for a family reunion and we had the best time. The home is clean, has a great location, and excellent furnishings. We loved the pool and backyard. There is plenty of space for a large group. North Beach Realty was great, as well. Quick check in process, clear communication, and friendly staff. I am so happy we found this rental home. Would definitely stay here again!"

"2nd Ave vacation
We loved the house the moment we walked in! We had two families of four stay in the house. We had plenty of room for the little ones to play and the parents to relax. The only thing I can say, is there wasn't enough toilet paper or paper towels for our stay of 4 days. A nice improvement would be leaving an extra roll under the sink of each bathroom."

"Girls trip
We came for a girls trip and could not have been more pleased with the house. It was immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. The location is perfect. It’s close to grocery stores, shops, and places to eat. When we had a question about the hot tub they responded in less than 30 min and even sent someone out to show us how it worked. Absolutely would stay here again. "

"Perfect Vacation Home
This home is in a wonderful location. A close walk to the beach and restaurants. Across the street from a cute little park. Even with lots of fun activity at the park, it is so quiet in and around the home that you feel secluded. The area also feels very safe. We used the hot tub every single day and it was amazing. We needed service (minimal need - couldn't find a fan remote for one room) and they were SO prompt and found that remote immediately. I cannot say enough about how fantastic our week was here. This home was immaculate and had everything we needed. It is also a perfect choice if you have someone who cannot do a lot of stairs and is a little scared of elevators. We would absolutely vacation at this home again!"

"Wonderful property!
We had a great stay at I’ll 2nd That! The property was clean and updated with nice finishes. The only thing we had an issue with was the hot tub didn’t heat up. Maintenance attempted to fix the problem, but it never heated up. My family and I would definitely stay here again. The North Beach Reality team was awesome."

"Beautiful home, great location, lovely pool
A beautiful home, nicely equipped, very comfortable and nicely located across from the park and a quick walk to the beach and Main Street. We rented a golf cart, which made it easy to zip around to the grocery store, book store and restaurants. We will be back to this home without a doubt! We appreciated the comfy furniture, indoor and out, and that the house wasn't overly decorated. Really lovely, felt like home.
