6 wristbands provided for complex access (strictly enforced by HOA)
No pets and no smoking
No parties or daytime guests
Primary renter must be 25+ and present ID and credit card at check-in or via email
Electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival
Outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras (per city and HOA regulations)
This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1,500.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"New Braunfels Condo
The management was responsive and prompt when we had a problem with heat. There w as mold inthe front bathroom and a closet door that was broken or off track. Unfortunately the lounge chairs and sofa were very uncomfortable and made it hard for us to use the living area."

My family of 4 definitely enjoyed every bit of vacation with NBE. We stayed right off the river at the Comal Condos. The privacy we had was great! My son and I enjoyed early morning and evening fishing, tons of fish were caught! The view from our room was beautiful and our property rental was spacious enough for all of us! The property manager even came down to meet us, which we loved! Walking distance to schlitterbauhn and Texas tubes!
Would definitely recommend staying here! "

"Beautiful Condo on the Comal
We had a great experience at the condo! The Comal River had flooded so we headed to Schlitterbahn for the first two days. By day three the river had gone down to safe level to float. There is a great 20 minute run from the condo grounds, through a chute and exit to the right. One block walk back to the condo. We did it 4-5 times and kids never got tired.
The condo was clean and efficient. Well-decorated and appointed with kitchen utensils. The BBQ grills along the river were nice. Bring your own charcoal, scraper and grilling utensils.
Safe, gated, and wristbands were required so as to keep the property to tenants and renters.
Property managers and rental agency was easy to work with. "

Vacation rental was in a great location to all things we were interested in. That being said it wasn’t the cleanest and could use some TLC. The towel rack in the second bathroom fell off the wall, four clocks in the living area but none were set or working, not clean in terms of dust buildup on and around baseboards, no place to put luggage. Simple things that make the difference between a very nice rental and an ok rental. "

"Annual friends and family river float trip
This rental was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at. It was beautiful inside and out. The surroundings were secure and private. We were able to start the float trip and stop at our property about an hour into the float. Perfect to re up on snacks and drinks. After the float trip we were able to relax right on the river. Amazing location, property and people. The office where we picked up the codes and bracelets was staffed by the most friendly people. We can’t wait to go back. What an amazing time. If you’re considering this place to stay, go for it! You will not be disappointed but amazed. "
