Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.
This fully furnished 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor. There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. Condo was clean, well kept, lots of room and a comfortable layout. It more than met our needs in space, amenities, and location. Great place to stay to visit Gruene but also located close to Sea World, San Marcos, and Austin. We would book this condo again!"

Great property and close to Gruene restaurants, shops and Gruene Hall. Make sure you take your own soap and shampoo as sample sizes are too small to share and for a 2 day stay. Also buy coffee before you get there. Other than that it was good stay and will stay there again."

Very clean and spacious. Conveniently located near the river, shopping, dining and entertainment venues. The property management team are very helpful and accommodating. There are lots of outdoor amenities as well, such as fire pits, outdoor cooking equipment and seating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to booking again soon. "
