Old Mill Resort is the perfect place to stay whether a romantic getaway, family outing or just the peaceful setting to relax and reconnect with friends. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1700 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.
This fully furnished 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig/Regular drip coffee maker and washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact for pricing details. This property is $2000 per month January and February only.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival will result in a $50 administrative fee and the return of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"Overall clean and comfortable unit
Overall the accommodations were great. Location is close to river and easy access to town of Gruenne. The unit was clean and beds were very comfortable.
If you are going to cook be aware that the pans are not great and they really should replace them. Bring some nonstick spray or oil because everything sticks to them. There is a quiet time scheduled from 10pm to 8am, but we had some very rowdy neighbors who did not abide by these rules even when we kindly ask them too. It made a couple of our nights hard to sleep as they were up partying until 3 in the morning. This is not something that the management company can do a lot about but it did make our stay not so pleasant. "

This is the perfect place for you and your couple friends to stay close to downtown and eat and visit the local stores. You can swim and tube close by. I loved we got the pool by ourselves and the place was totally chill."

"Great space, but rough internet
Everything was wonderful, very clean, well appointed, beautiful place. It was very nice and spacious. BUT if you need the internet this is not the place for you. Cell service in general was tricky, also. If you're down to totally unplug it's great, but all things needing the internet are terrible. If you need it for work, it's a no for sure. "

"New Braunfels Retreat
Very nice place, very clean, and in a great location. The only complaint was the trains you could hear throughout the night. We would rate this 4.5 stars out of 5. Any communication with the rental company was immediately answered. We had an issue with the breaker in a bathroom, and they were on it right away. We would stay here again."
