Old Mills Resort at Historic Gruene boasts this beautiful new condo, private parking, only half of a mile to all Gruene offerings... Old Mill Resort is the perfect place to stay whether a romantic getaway, family outing or just the peaceful setting to relax and reconnect with friends. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1200 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay. The Hidden Gem Event Center is on site.
This fully furnished 2-bedroom condo is on the 1st floor. There are 2 master suites with king size beds. Both bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience. Pack and Play, board games and children's games provided. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with queen sofa sleeper, cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum, 40lb max weight limit, at $25 per day per dog. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

This condo was beautiful! The rooms were very clean and spacious and we had a great time hanging out. We only stayed for a weekend, but this would be a great choice for a longer trip as well. So much better than a hotel! The location was great for visiting Gruene and New Braunfels. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to the area."

We recently spent five days at the Old Mill Resort. These apartments are very roomy, very clean and in a wonderful location. Our two bedroom unit was well stocked with needed provisions. "Girls Getaway

Only issue we had with the property was dishwasher top rack not working correctly and bathroom sinks draining too slow. Overall a great place for family to stay with children. Plenty of space Would recommend dishes and silverware for more than 6 people to keep from washing each meal "

The condo was very nice and spacious. It was also clean. The instructions were displayed where we couldn't miss them and were able to follow them. Unfortunately, my stay was only overnight so i was sorry that I couldn't stay longer. Hopefully, in the future, I can return for a longer stay.
