Location is great - pretty pool is just few steps away, Village is a 5-minute walk for bay fishing or just hanging out for different activities. I took tram few times to the beach - very convenient, easier than in your car (same time, and do not need to find parking spot on a beach lot). Building has two types of parking - underground and a street lot. I used the street, after headache of trying to fit into tiny spots in between pillars and other vehicles. Two grocery stores few miles away - Publix and Walmart. Had issues with internet connection one time, prompt reply from Gibson rep recommended to reset modem. It worked. Recommend Gibson.
