Iim sure padre escapes manages several properties but if you want walking distance do not stay in the yellow condos. It’s at least 20 mins to walk and you walk in busy streets .. they say no canopies , I even texted host they said no canopies.. This is not a private beach , it was filled with canopies... I was not happy with the false advertising of short walk and no canopies... totally untrue. So be prepared for a drive to the beach and take your canopy... they did have a nice pool. Thank goodness. We’d stay here again knowing what I know now but would not be my first choice. I like the beach ti be close. But other then the kids in the unit above us stomping around at all hours of the day & night it was it was a pleasant stay."
