Welcome to the Lakeside Estate on Lake Austin by where you will enjoy lake living with a side of Austin cool! Enjoy ping pong as well as the full built-in bar…all with a view of the lake. There is a quiet living room just off the chef’s kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is a media room with covered porch. Outdoor dining and lounge area as well as a plunge pool and hot tub are calling you outside. Enjoy the dock lounge area, the firepit by the edge of the water, a “beach” at the lake or your own pickleball court! This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat and Jet Ski tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 3 night minimum. Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs, the parties agree that it would be difficult to determine actual damages and due to the uniqueness of the property, it would be unlikely to resell the Property in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the agrees that the following cancellation fee schedule applies to any Guest cancellation following Reservation Confirmation:

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund.

Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds within 14 days.
