Welcome to the Lakeside Estate on Lake Austin where you will enjoy lake living with a side of Austin cool! This spacious property welcomes you with plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing lake vacation only minutes from the heart of Downtown Austin. Enjoy ping pong as well as the full built-in bar…all with a view of the lake beyond. There is a quiet living room just off the chef’s kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is a media room with yet another fabulous area to relax and spend time with your group. There is an oversized balcony porch with daybed swings overlooking that peaceful lake view. Outdoor dining and lounge area as well as a plunge pool and hot tub are calling you outside. Enjoy the dock lounge area, the firepit by the edge of the water, a “beach” at the lake or your own pickleball court! This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 3 night minimum.

COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs, the parties agree that it would be difficult to determine actual damages and due to the uniqueness of the property, it would be unlikely to resell the Property in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the agrees that the following cancellation fee schedule applies to any Guest cancellation following Reservation Confirmation:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds within 14 days.
Please note, force majeure events are not reasons for being able to cancel, change or alter this reservation and receive a refund. If you have any concerns about this Cancellation Policy we urge you to purchase travel insurance that fits your needs or concerns. Please also be aware:
