This 3rd floor condo showcases open concept living, dining and kitchen areas that bring the family together. Cook everyone’s favorites in the kitchen, stocked with the cookware you may need and granite countertops. Additional bar seating at the kitchen counter is perfect for a quick snack before heading to the pools or beach.
The Primary Suite welcomes you to a King bed with ocean and golf views from the window, as well as sliding glass doors out to the lanai. The private ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities.
The 2nd guest room offers a Queen bed with tropical touches. Nearby is a 2nd full bathroom located conveniently across the hall from the 3rd guest bedroom. In this 3rd bedroom, you’ll find 2 comfortable Twin beds and a TV to enjoy.
Off of the main living space is a large balcony with a dining table and additional seating for further relaxation. Delight in the fantastic ocean and golf course views from your 3rd floor open-air balcony. This is a perfect place to decompress after a long day at the Cinnamon Beach clubhouse, pools, and beach.

Pets Allowed CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"200 Cinnamon Beach Way 132 REVIEW
This was our first time staying in Cinnamon Beach and we loved it very much. We are already planning out next stay. This condo was perfect for our family. We had several of us of all ages and there was something for teenagers too. They especially enjoyed the clubhouse with games and the pool area. The condo was extremely clean, updated, comfortable and had more than enough dishes and other kitchen accessories. The outside patio furniture was great and the view of the ocean was pretty and relaxing. The association keeps the outside grounds and building very clean. The grounds crew work hard every day to maintain its beauty. We would highly recommend this unit, but we would love to keep it to ourselves. "

"Giant Rocks Beach
The unit was very nice and clean with all of the items anyone would want in a vacation rental. But the ocean is inaccessible due to giant rocks up and down the whole beach. The whole purpose of our week-long stay with our family was to partake in all beach activities. We had to drive 20 minutes down the road to Crescent Beach. Had I known this I would of booked elsewhere. Very disappointing. Hopefully this review will help someone not make the same mistake as I did."

"Nice place
Enjoyed our stay. Kids pool was great and adult pool was very relaxing. Don’t stay here if you want to get in the ocean! The rocks were a deal breaker for us! Loved all the shells though!!"

"Family getaway
Nice comfortable condo in a wonderful resort area. Condo had everything we needed for the week. Short walk to the beach and resort pool. Easy drive to Flagler for dinner, nice central point to various activities. Appreciated being able to take our fur baby. Quiet beach perfect for family walks."

"Great Place to Vacation
Great place for our annual family vacation. We were thrilled with how clean it was. It was our 5th trip to Cinnamon Beach and the family vote was this was the cleanest. The only negative was its distance to the pool and beach. A couple of the walkways to the beach were under constuction so it was quite a walk for access."

"Last minute r & r near the ocean
Our request to book was very last minute. Scott was very helpful in assisting us with our request, and was able to offer us 2 options to choose from. We were quite satisfied with our choice overall. Once we were settled in, however, we noticed some things that I can only describe as"deferred maintenance" by the owner. The door handle on the shower in the primary bathroom fell off constantly. It appeared that attempts were made in the past to glue/tape it in place, but clearly that didn't work. We also had an issue with the dryer. Sometimes it would start, but most often it took many attempts to turn it on. Clearly, a service call was in order. There were the bare minimum of paper products available... 2 partially used rolls of paper towels, a couple of trash bags, one k-cup, and one tea bag. More washcloths are needed as well. Otherwise, there were plenty of towels available. The lanai area could use a thorough cleaning. There were many spider nests along the top of the walls, and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. The table and chairs could use a good scrubbing with a cleaner containing bleach to eliminate the mildew that was present. The owner may want to consider having the cushion cores on both couches replaced, or the couches themselves replaced, as neither was very comfortable. The property is nicely furnished otherwise, and the king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. Overall, this condo is spacious and comfortable, and has a great view of the ocean and golf course. The fact that it was dog-friendly as well makes it particularly attractive! With some minor corrections and additions by the owner, I'm sure this unit could be the most popular rental on property. "

"Fantastic Cinnamon Beach Condo
This condo was fantastic and we would definitely stay again! The owners go above and beyond to add extra amenities such as games, cell phone charging stations, Alexa, beach chairs, sound machines etc. VERY clean and well maintained. I was very pleased and we have stayed in many Cinnamon beach properties. I would definitely recommend. "

"A perfect beach vacation
Me and my family had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and a great place but we did have a few issues. 1st the A/C got clogged to cause the hot water tank to trip which we found out must have happened more than once since parts were rusty. This happened 4x where we could not shower and caused us to be late going to dinner. We were not compensated for any of the inconvenience. The secondary tub was clogged, light in laundry closet was out, rugs looked worn cause there were holes and tears, garbage can had no lid on it, lights in whole condo were very dark and dingy and vent in master bath leaked and black particles were coming out of it. It needs a good deep cleaning and some minor repairs. We have rented in this complex before and love the area just a little disappointed in the missing details. This building was just a little too far from the pool. Oh and the pool spa was closed and the elevator was broken and all water spouts to clean your feet were not working correctly. When renting these things need to be kept up with!!!!"

"Loved it!
We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was clean and much more spacious than the pictures lead you to believe. The place is also gorgeous and the amenities were beautiful and well maintained! The only negative part of our stay was that our condo didn’t have hot water for the entire stay, and maintenance wasn’t available to fix the issue until after our check out. However, as soon as we mentioned that issue to admin, they immediately asked how they could make things right for us, and they offered us a discount on our next stay. Overall, we’re pleased with our experience and can’t wait to go back. "
