We purchased this very large lake house on Raccoon Lake in April 2022 to join the other two properties that we own and manage.
This property has one of the most stunning views and locations on the lake (see photo) along with a private dock/seawall. It is on the main part of the lake about half way between the swimming area and the main park ramp.
It is quite large with 6 bedrooms and an office. We can accommodate 12-14 people easily. The property also has a garage with 2 spots for your use. There is a large 3 level deck and an expansive lawn.
We have a pontoon boat available for rent for $195/day or $845/week. Ask about it!
