We purchased this very large lake house on Raccoon Lake in April 2022 to join the other two properties that we own and manage.
This property has one of the most stunning views and locations on the lake (see photo) along with a private dock/seawall. It is on the main part of the lake about half way between the swimming area and the main park ramp.
It is quite spacious with 6 bedrooms and an office. We can easily accommodate 14 people. The property also has a garage with 3 spots for your use with additional parking for another 2-3 cars plus offsite parking 4 minutes away. There is a large 3 level deck and an expansive lawn.

"Our entire family spent a fun-filled, relaxing week at the Tiki House. Every amenity was thought of from the dual coffee maker (keurig and carafe), throw blankets to snuggle up with, excellent variety of DVDs for movie night, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as the best stocked kitchen in any vacation rental. The decor is perfectly suited for a lake house and has many places to curl up with a book both inside and out. Gary and Kris were consummate hosts and were quick to answer questions. All in all, a fantastic place to stay!"

"We stayed at this lovely house a week ago and had a fabulous time. Being recently renovated, it was super clean and well furnished with everything you could need. No reason to bring anything other than your food and clothing! The layout is great for a group, ample bedrooms and the common areas are large, making it conducive for the group. A beautiful view of the lake is included with sunsets right from your deck. Will definitely return!"
