Welcome to Bait a Line and Wine! A unique style townhome that offers four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms with a great view of the canal! The main entrance is located on the second floor that opens up into the living and dining area. You'll love the open concept which allows you to enjoy your own space while soaking up family time. While relaxing in the living and dining area, you can open up the door to the private balcony which leads to the large sundeck and view of the canal. Just around the corner is the fully equipped kitchen that offers stainless steel appliances, ample storage and everything you need to cook meals with the family. Right off the kitchen are the stairs that lead to three bedrooms on the third floor. When you make your way down to the first floor, go through the living room balcony door and down the steps to the lower level deck. You will find the mother in law suite that includes the fourth bedroom. This suite offers it’s own entrance, space, serenity and access to the garage. A king size bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, mini fridge, dining area with seating for four, and access to the deck. Come enjoy your vacation with us on the Island!

EXTERIOR -Sun deck -Two private balconies -Reserved boat slip -Garage access, parking for two, opener in unit -Two reserved parking spots -Additional parking for guest is street side -Fish cleaning station
CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

So beautiful and comfortable townhouse was very relaxing and clean I would love to stay there again without a doubt any problems we had they were addressed immediately even when the system went down on the phone's for the company that rented the house they made sure that they still kept in touch with us touching base every once in awhile making sure that we were okay"

Great location near the beach and convenient stores! It was very clean, super comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, the “mother in law suite” was very convenient, our sons were happy that we had a private terrace to fish, and the outdoor shower to remove the sand is a great plus! We definitely recommend this place, it was a great family getaway."

Beautiful property with everything you could need. They have easy check in and check out process. Location was great. Easy access to everything. "Bring Plenty of Raid Ant Spray
While the description and pics online were accurate- the unit was clean beds were comfortable- location is great- we had some major issues. ANTS!!! Inside and out, they were everywhere. We had to purchase bug spray at IGA and literally spray down all 3 floors before we could even go to bed. All doors on the 2nd floor would not close completely, towel bar on 2nd floor bathroom fell off the wall when we reached for the hand towel. Trash was piled high and overflowing on the side of the unit, smell was awful and we are sure thats where the ant problem starts. All food we had placed on the counter was ruined by the ants. We had to spray every surface so we were unable to even use the kitchen. AC makes a terrible high pitched noise every time it came on. The deck is amazing but there was no umbrella with the table for any shade. This could be a great spot just needs some maintenance."
