This unit is in the North Tower of Ocean Creek Resort and features luxury vinyl plank flooring and tile throughout, updated furniture, a fully equipped kitchen that has been remodeled, along with updated bathrooms, in unit washer & dryer, free Wi-Fi & cable TV.

Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Myrtle Beach Reunion
Location of the condo and furnishings were great. Kitchen and bathrooms clean. The floors were the dirtiest floors I have ever seen. We had a baby crawling and 2 boys that had to be washed off every time we left the condo. Their legs and feet were black as our pictures indicated to realty company. Despite getting a partial refund on the cleaning, I would have expected someone to come and clean the floors after having seen pictures of proof of how dirty they were and the complaint was filed on Sunday and we had a whole week yet to be there. Cleaning the floors would have been better for company relations. "

Our friends and my wife and I had a great time! The place was clean, beautiful views, place was decorated nicely, and the water pressure in the shower was great! Loved the lock on the door so we didn’t need a key or a pass. Also, the tiki hut was a nice place to grab something to eat and drink. We would definitely stay again. "

"Best 10 days away from Reality!
This vacation rental is exactly as described and more! We had the most wonderful time and an awesome view! We have been going back to Ocean Creek for 36 years, which was where we started our life on our honeymoon in 1987. We would highly recommend this condo for a couple or a small family, but also kind of want to keep it our little secret as we will definitely be back. Our only comment for improvement would be a note with what light switches turn on what and to paint the ceiling in the master bedroom. I know the damage was probably done due to people leaving the door open. But repairing it, and putting an eggshell paint on, it would make the experience even more wonderful! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. "

"A vacation at Ocean Creek Resort E8 that almost wasn't!
Dealing with North Beach Realty from reservations to arriving on Sun April 16 was very professional. After arriving at Ocean Creek Resort and checking into E8 was another matter. On of the 1st things I do when arriving at a Condo is check status of the TV's. This TV system and all 3 TV's were a NIGHTMARE! This was a archaic cable system. The maintenance man (Dillon) from NB Realty was notified by a custodian to fix the main shower before the next tenant (my wife & I) arrived. Since we arrived early, we knew nothing about the shower problem. After he fixed the shower I made him aware of the TV issues. All 3 had problems. He had to make numerous calls, including to the owner of the condo. Finally got main TV working. Master BR cable box was totally broke. He somehow jump started a coaxial cable and got it to work. 3rd TV only worked 50% of the time. He was very professional. I've never changed channels where you have to choose 25.1, 25.2 or 25.3 to view programming on a channel. Everything else in the condo was fine, but if the maintenance man (Dillon) hadn't been very sharp, we would not stayed the 1st night. You could tell he was very frustrated with the entire TV system."

"Hope to Return!
The check/in process was easy and we were so happy to find that the property description matched up with description/photos. The condo is nicely sized for our family, with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. We loved the balcony space and the view of the ocean with the sound of the waves exactly what we wanted. Easy walk to the beach was wonderful and the other amenities of the pools were good options. We enjoyed cooking meals as the kitchen was well set up. In short, we hope to be back! "

"Nice Condo
The rental was nice. Great views, was clean . Good location. The heated pool was a bit of a walk from the south and north condos especially for older people. I do wish they would heat one of the outdoor pools.The ceilings in a couple rooms are pealing due to Humidity so there is a note asking guest not to leave balcony doors open which I think is sad as we all want is that Ocean noise and breeze in so this can be fixed with proper paint. Only one frying pan scratched badly. Try doing bacon,eggs and home fries in ONE scratched up frying pan lol. No microwave we think they cater more to 1-2 week rentals as most of these people eat out . The bottom line after the few pet peeves is it is a nice condo and would go back again."
