WELCOME TO GRAND CASCADIAN
This newly constructed mountain home on 3 private acres is the Northwest’s most unique and complete vacation experience! No expense was sparred in the construction and furnishing of the beautifully appointed 5,100 sq. ft. main home, and the 2,500 sq. ft. pool house. The pool house boasts a 16ft by 33ft heated pool, 8-10 person hot tub, living area with a kitchenette, ping pong table, and a private bath. During the summer months slide open the according doors of the pool house and enjoy the sun deck and outdoor shuffleboard court.
The main home is an entertainers dream featuring a huge great room, fully stocked chef’s kitchen, 5 master suites, bunk room, and an extraordinary game/media room. Enjoy the great outdoors while relaxing in the covered outdoor living spaces between the main house and the pool house. This is a perfect venue for 6 couples, or 4 to 5 families!

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 65” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a short path to the private pool house.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, custom cement countertops, dual sinks, and an oversized island prep area that seats 4. The massive dining table is just steps away and can seat 10 comfortably.
The 2nd floor game and media room will not disappoint! It boasts commercial grade games including shuffleboard, skee-ball, air hockey, pool table, foosball, and a video arcade table. The room also features a 75” smart TV in the media area and a massive, leather sectional. This room has a wet bar and a full bathroom with a tile shower.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• Bedroom 1: The main floor master has a king bed, smart TV and an en-suite private bath with a large soaking tub, jetted tile shower, and dual sinks.
• Bedroom 2: Main floor junior suite with a king bed, smart TV and an en-suite bath with a tile shower.
• Bedroom 3: Main floor junior suite with a king bed, smart TV and an en-suite bath with a tile shower.
• Bedroom 4: 2nd floor junior suite with a king bed, smart TV and an en-suite bath with a tile shower.
• Bedroom 5: 2nd floor junior suite with a king bed, smart TV and an en-suite bath with a tile shower.
• Bedroom 6: 2nd floor bunk room with two sets of full over queen bunk beds. The bunk room is supported by a full bath in the adjacent game room.
****Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**External security cameras facing the driveway. No pets allowed, but the owner does have a dog that frequents the home.

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Great family trip
My wife and I hosted our five adult children and their spouses and one two-year-old for a weekend at the Grand Cascadian. Everything was spectacular and everyone had a super fun time. The comfortable bedrooms and baths, the amazing kitchen, the clean and spacious pool, the outdoor spaces and comfy seating options, the relaxing location, and the quick ride to Cle Elum and Roslyn for food and drink were such a hit! We are already planning our visit next summer. "

"Great Getaway!!
Beautiful home! Pool was amazing and the outside areas great for fun in the sun! Lots of room for games and a nice BBQ to enjoy while watching everyone play. Inside it is amazing. The game room is top quality and lots of fun. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet. The kitchen is wonderful. The whole house was so well done. I would rent this again for sure as the whole family had a great time. "

"Great Place to stay with family
4 generations of family stayed for the second time at this rental. Place was super clean and well equipted with games and pool and hikes and more for all family to do.
Would have liked to have a chair in each bedroom. No place to sit except on bed. Also, without a remote control for the fireplace it is easy to burn yourself when trying yo turn it off (Had to open doors, tilt down access door at bottom, and reach in to push rocker on/off switch.)"

What a GREAT venue! Beautifully decorated for Christmas! Perfect for a family holiday celebration! Lots of space to be together, and apart Amazing game room, and of course the pool house was wonderful! 5 days wasn’t enough time! Everything worked, and it was very welcoming - clean and walkways shoveled so easy entry. Loved the entrance thru the mud room off the garage - plenty of room to stage entry and exit from the home. Double appliances was a surprise bonus "

"The Big Five Oh!
This was the absolute, perfect home for our multi-family gathering. From a practical standpoint, every bedroom had it's own full bathroom so there was no figuring out shower schedules. The kitchen was enormous so many of us were able to cook, prep, and clean all at once without bumping into each other. It had two dishwashers, two sinks, and two trash receptacles so trash overflow or dirty dishes was never an issue. As for entertainment, the game room was like a mini Dave and Busters. We went HAM on the skee ball, hitting a high score of 82,000! (if you stay here, just try and beat that!). The full length 22' shuffle board made for some intense battles. The kids loved hanging in the TV room, which is where you could find them when not soaking in the pool and hot tub. I've been staying in Cle Elum/Suncadia for the past few years and no other home can compare. It's only 22 minutes from the Suncadia resort which was totally fine for us to plan our tee times at Prospector and Rope Rider. This is an epic home that I hope to stay again next year."

"Mountain retreat with pool
The property is fairly new and it will not disappoint. Game room is legit! Kitchen is well stocked and includes 2 dishwashers, full pot and pod coffee makers.
Had questions for the management company - they were right on top of things.
Property is located about 5 miles south of I-90, so in the area of Suncadia but not part of the development. Very quiet and peaceful."

We had our family up at the grand Cascadian in Cle Elum, Washington for a three night stay recently this. This gorgeous home is more beautiful than we could’ve imagined. "Family Gathering Cle Elum 2023
The facilities far exceeded our hough expectations. Everyone from 3 to 75 enjoyed their stay. Very clean. Pool and game room where the hits of the week. Hot tub was the only downside for the adults. Without Jets it is really just a tub of hot water. Absolutely would come again."

"A place for family to gather
This waa our 2ns time staying at Grand Cascadian. It is a huge home with so much to do. We love it for the ways in which we can come together for meals and games and also there is enough space to spread out and explore. The home ia gorgeous.
During this stay, the home waa not as clean as it was the first tims. My sister and I had terrible allergies leading us to believe there had previously been peta in the no pet home. The skeeball machine (an adult and kid fav) was out of order, the handle on the upstairs beverage fridge was broken, there was a clump of what looked like dog hair on one of the outside chairs, there was a cigarette butt left in the for pit which had a broken ignition button, and a piece on one of the diahamwashers was lose.
We had a wonderful time. There is so much to do. We just wish the home was kept at the same level of cleanliness and functionality as our 1st stay.
For the amount of money we paid for this family trip, all of these things shouldn't been I working order a d clean. "

"A True Luxury Experience
This home is incredible. Very well appointed and comfortable, it is brand new. Very spacious with well spaced bedrooms. Great for a big group of friends. The pool and spa in the pool house are incredible, fun all year round. Located a few minutes off I90 and not far from Suncadia amenities, so its very easy to get to and to enjoy the area."

"Fabulous house in Cle Elum
An amazing stay in an amazing house. It was the perfect place for our group of 5 couples to stay while visiting the Cascades. Plenty of space to all be together or to find a quiet corner to be alone. The five ensuites are perfect for a group like ours. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with any appliance you may need. There are no consumables in the kitchen so plan to bring any spices, oils etc if you cook in. The entertaining space is great with the upstairs gameroom, outdoor patios, and the pool house. Truly a great rental opportunity when in this area of Washington state."

"Beautiful Vacation Home
We traveled with a total of 4 families and the floor plan was awesome with all the ensuites in each bedroom. It made getting ready in the morning and getting ready for bed so much easier with all the little ones running around in the home. The game room was incredibly stocked to entertain the kids all day, and I haven't even mentioned the swimming pool that is indoors! All of our kids were just swimming in the pool while it was 90 degrees outside. We never had to apply sunscreen as a result =) The owners have kept the home in amazing condition. Lastly, with a house so large it was awesome to have two sets of washer/dryer and dishwashers in the primary home to expedite cleaning.
My only piece of constructive feedback for the home would be if I were to nitpick:
1) With a house this large, it would be nice if there were more kid friendly plates and silverware
2) Before checking in, instead of providing guests with a generic email on what the house may provide, it'd have been nice to explicitly provide a specific one for the home saying things like bring your own aluminum foil, cooking oils, etc. Then we could be better prepared on what to bring as we've stayed in other homes that do provide those with more specific property guidance.
All in all, it's a beautiful property and would gladly come back to stay here again!"
