This newly constructed luxurious mountain home in Suncadia Resort is the perfect destination for your family and friends. Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautifully appointed great room, or step outside to the fantastic outdoor living space featuring a cozy fireplace and smart TV. This home boasts over 3,000 square feet of living space, a heated garage game room, bonus TV room, and a relaxing private hot tub. This is a perfect retreat for 4 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be delighted by the large, open-concept, great room with vaulted ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 65” Smart TV. This room opens up to the relaxing covered patio with a gas fireplace, smart TV, private hot tub, and comfortable furniture.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare fantastic in-home meals. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, white quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The dining table is just steps away and accommodates 6.
The 2nd floor bonus room is a great place for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite movie, or play a fun board game. The heated garage game room will provide plenty of entertainment for all ages and features a ping pong table, foosball, and a shuffleboard table.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large dual head shower, and double sinks.
• There are 2 master suites on the 2nd floor. Both masters are furnished with king beds, smart TVs, and have private en-suite baths with showers.
• The 2nd floor guest bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV, and there is a full bath with a tub/shower in the hallway.
• The “bunk room” just off the bonus room boasts 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds.
• There is a ½ bath just off the great room. The home has a total of 4.5 bathrooms.
(The Owners of Sanctuary Villa have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed. )
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

Sanctuary Villa
Annual getaway for 7 ladies, this house was perfect. Great sleeping accommodations. The layout was perfect with an open concept for dining and cooking. We used the hot tub but didn’t get a chance to enjoy the fire pit. Can’t wait to come back next year. Also plenty of parking."

"Family Reunion
Very fun weekend in a beautiful setting. We love Suncadia and have stayed in several different places over the years. This was a beautiful house and very comfortable for our big group. A couple things broken when we arrived - hot tub cover and outdoor fireplace. BBQ didn’t have a full propane tank so we ran out the last night when grilling some beautiful steaks from Owen’s meats. Absolutely zero spices or condiments in the place which is a first in all the airbnbs we’ve stayed in. A bit disappointing for such a luxurious house. Otherwise a great spot. We had lots of fun in the game room and everyone slept well in the comfy beds."

"Spectacular Home!!
We had a wonderful stay at this amazing home this summer! I can't say enough good things about it. It is a beautiful home with fantastic amenities. The location is centrally located within Suncadia. The furnishings are beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and organized for the talented chefs in the family.
Awesome would describe the outside spaces! The furnished covered porch has a great fireplace and a large screen TV. There is also a separate fire-pit space that easily accommodates a large number very comfortably. There is enough yard too to set up and play corn hole. Thank you for having those boards and bags! The garage is also set up as a terrific game room.
Overall this is the best vacation rental we have stayed in over the past 25+ years! Hope yo get another opportunity to return to this spectacular home!

"Amazing home in Suncadia
What a great rental. This place was amazing! Our first time visiting Suncadia and it did not disappoint. There are walking and biking trails everywhere. Kevin's rental was just as described. The house is a newer high-end spacious home that was super clean and had everything we needed.
This home also has great outdoor spaces for relaxing, and having a good time with friends and family. The house sits on a big lot and is situated in a very upscale quiet neighborhood. We had absolutely no issues and enjoyed our quiet week at Kevin's rental. We will definitely plan to come back."

Beautiful home. We loved the open main floor as well as the main floor bedroom/bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Fun upstairs space and bunkbeds for the kids. The large patio with two outdoor fireplaces was very nice. Good location."

"Beautiful Home!
This was such a nice home for my family. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. The games in the garage were great and the lawn area was also nice for them to run around in. I loved that it was a corner house. They had everything we needed. I do think it was off that we had to take the bed sheets off of the beds that were slept in so they knew which ones to clean - shouldn’t all of the beds be cleaned? That made me feel like some of the beds could have been slept in before our stay and not cleaned in case the previous guests did not take the sheets off. Overall, great experience. "

"Perfect house for our stay in Cle Elum!
We had a wonderful stay in the Sanctuary Villa! This was a perfect space for our family. When it was cold, we lit the gas fireplaces and enjoyed hot tea or coffee. When it was sunny and warm, we opened the doors to let the fresh air in. The game room upstairs was perfect for our grandsons to hang out in to play video games or watch tv. Or you could find them in the garage with the ping-pong table, foosball table, and shuffleboard. This was when we were at home and not exploring around Roslyn, Leavenworth, or Cle Elum. It is a very beautiful house, beautiful location, and very clean upon arrival. The only negative was there were no basic items in the kitchen, for example, aluminum foil, saran wrap, plastic baggies, spices, etc.. When you travel from out of state, these items are a very helpful to have in the kitchen."

"Great memorial day weekend with other families!
The house was a great place for three families with small children. The multiple en suite bathrooms made it comfortable and large enough to house all of us. Everything was clean and working when we arrived. We have high standards for cleanliness and they were met. The hot tub was hot, everything in the kitchen was clean and working, and the fireplaces kept us warm. Very minor problems include: the drain in the master shower was a bit slow allowing water to build up, no espresso machine as promised in the description, and the heat was a bit uneven (too hot upstairs but chilly downstairs). These are very minor complaints - the beds were comfortable and linens soft and clean. Beautifully furnished with everything you might need. Even equipped with Sonos sound system for music throughout. Would definitely stay here again."
