If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Visitor Reviews (35) Write a Review! "Could’ve been worse, could’ve been better Overall, the condo was nice. We really liked the overall set up, especially having the 3 bathrooms with the 3 bedrooms. However, the lighting in the master bath gave us problems much of the week. One side of the mattress in the master was terrible and was completely sunk in so my husband barely slept all week. The toilet in the master was also loose. The sliding doors were extremely hard to open and close. The dumpster was broke the 1st few days so we arrived to such a stench that I could barely prevent myself from vomiting. It wasn’t terrible but I don’t know if we’d stay here again. The view is absolutely beautiful and can be seen from alot of the rooms while inside the condo and the balcony was spacious and had a lot of seating which was good! The only problems about the place, both sliding doors are hard to open, the dryer doesn’t work very good and the parking garage was horrible if you have taller vehicle like we did. There’s only a certain amount of parking spaces for high top vehicles and there was always cars or smaller suvs parked in the spots. Everyone had their own space and it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The building is quiet and family friendly. My only complaints are that the drain cover in the jetted tub doesn’t work properly so you can’t keep water in it which was a bummer because i really wanted to relax in it and also that the bathrooms by the pool couldn’t be opened with the room key which we were told it would do that was kind of a pain to take my kids back and forth to go to the bathroom. Also would be helpful if there was a keypad lock instead of keys to access unit since we got locked out on day when the only person with the keys went to the store haha. The only comments I can say about the condo for future renters is that the parking is tight, the bath towels are small so bring your own, and the second bathroom does not connect to the second kingsize bedroom. Positive points are a fully stocked kitchen, great views from living area, a well maintained pool area with security, a section of beach that's not too packed with people. This was our fifth year renting with North Beach Realty who have consistently provided us excellent service and clean well cared for rentals." The Oceanfront view was amazing. The only problems we had was parking and the beds. We have a GMC Yukon and we had a rooftop carrier on it. We could NOT park in the parking garage with it on. And there was no other parking for that building. So we had to unload it in the entrance and take the top off just to park. Thankfully the condo is so spacious we could store it in the MB all week. I even asked them in the rental office if we could fit. And they were unsure. The beds need replacing. They were way too soft. We would rent again if they replaced the beds. The kitchen is very nice and well appointed. Hubby loved the new coffee maker - it made good, HOT coffee :) Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was strong in the showers! The living room could definitely use more seating and the deck furniture was sparse, old and uncomfortable. The tile floors need a thorough deep clean. If it were my unit, I'd also replace the carpet as it was musty smelling in the living area (the bedrooms were fine). The beach was GREAT!! Big enough even during high tide. We purposefully sought out a location that did not have large resorts around it for this very reason. The pool and lazy river were clean and well maintained. Our young teens enjoyed them very much. Didn't have to wait for an elevator even during check out morning. Plenty of luggage carts for all as well.
