The home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, indoor sauna, private hot tub, heated garage game room, and multiple lakeside seating terraces.

As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor deck. The great room features fantastic lake and beach views, a comfortable sectional, gas fireplace, and large smart TV.
The fantastic outdoor living space was designed for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your friends and family. It boasts a large deck with a gas BBQ, private hot tub, fire pit area, and a lower viewing deck just off the beach! A staircase will take you down to the water’s edge.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with plenty of bar seating. There are two dining tables in the home that seat up to 16 comfortably.
The whole family will enjoy hanging out in the garage game room that features a TV, comfortable couch, huge foosball table, shuffleboard table, and a 2nd fridge. Just inside the garage is a pet clean up station, wet bar, and a spacious indoor sauna room.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
• Main floor master with a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed, smart TV, and a spa like private bath.
• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a queen bed, and smart TV.
• 2nd floor master with a queen bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks, 2 twin trundles, and a smart TV.
Lake Cle Elum offers an abundance of recreational activities, including boating, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, wind surfing, and more! The lake is a 7 mile long reservoir and the water levels fluctuate greatly throughout the year. The water is at its highest point in May through early June. By late summer the water is at its lowest point and Speelyi Beach is fully exposed. The beach has a gradual slope and consists of sand with some light gravel in areas, perfect for kids to swim and enjoy themselves!
****Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** This home is protected with an external security camera facing the driveway. Please no parking on the road, or adjacent properties.

If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Family Weekend at Guzzie on the Lake
We loved our time at Guzzie! Fabulous location--even with the low level of the lake. Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. House was well-laid out. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Appreciated the large quantity of dishes/glassware/cutlery and cooking accessories. It was also a special treat to be able to bring our dog with us. Do wish there were some blinds in the bunk room. The other window treatments in the bedrooms were pretty minimal and were hung pretty precariously. Two of the couples complained about the sheets being scratchy (and they're not normally picky.) Ours were fine. But overall, this was a fabulous place that we hope to come back to in the future."

"Amazing time at Guzzie on the Lake!
Our stay was excellent. The house was beautiful and complete with everything we needed. We came here for my husband’s 40th birthday and it was the best space for friends and family to enjoy bbqing, time on the water and fun in the game room. The only thing missing, but by no means took away from the experience, was sand on the shuffle board table, leaving us unable to use it. But the foosball table made for great fun!"

"Great Home for a Family Reunion
The property accommodated our family nicely. There were 15 of us and with the kids bunk room, we had ample space. The play area for the kids was great. Loved the two dishwashers and laundry facilities on both floors. The fire pit was a fun gathering place at days end. Beautiful Mountain View across the lake - sunsets were awesome.
The house wasn't as clean as I would like. There were strands of long hair in two bathroom showers. The actual lake was 1/4 mile away from the house. We realized there would be a drop in the lake but not such an extreme one. It did have a positive side - the kids were able to play in the sand, play touch football, etc right in front of the property. All in all, we had a great time."

"Lake Cle Elum vacation house.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice. There was plenty of parking, kitchen dishes & cooking utensils were more than adequate. A bit further from the beach than we thought (of course, the water levels were way down in Cle Elum). We did have trouble with the septic system, but management took care of it right away. No curtains in the "bunk room", so we did have to improvise. Overall satisfactory and a beautiful spot! And DO visit the telephone museum in town. Very interesting!

"A Fabulous Home
We had a wonderful time at this home! The whole family spent most of our time in the game room! Family game time was incredible! The beach was wonderful to sit and relax and take in the views! The home was fully stocked and the kitchen was the focal point of late afternoon as dinner prep began.
The only issue we had was a bedroom listed on description was missing! It lead to confusion and stress, ended up with two 70 year old grandparents sleeping on couches. Beware and confirm bedroom set ups before you book. "

"Beautiful view!!!
The house is beautiful and view is outstanding. The games room is perfect for kiddos and sauna and hot tub a big win for the adults. We loved how spacious the house felt and how many en suite rooms there were. The kids room is HUGE and lots of space for kiddos. Noises can be heard throughout the house, so we recommend white noise machines! "

"Cle Elum Lake House
This is a lovely large house, perfect for a family reunion. The view from the decks is amazing! The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking gear and there is an extra fridge in game room, not to mention extra sink and water filling station in the bar/sauna area. Also two washers and driers! All Season was very responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful house and a great location
We had a wonderful stay at Guzzie. The location on the lake was beautiful as it is just a quick stroll out the back door, down the stairs and onto the sand. The house has been beautifully remodeled and everyone in our group agreed the beds were all very comfortable. The only thing I would enhance is some kitchen items (some more pots/pans, a colander, serving dishes and a another option for stemware/glasses). Aside from that our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend it!"

"Wonderful Stay
We had a great time at this property! The 16 of us had enough room and the views were really beautiful. We had all the equipment we needed, the kitchen had all the dishes and pots we needed. A side note though, the gas stove was broken but the manager was gracious enough to provide us with a portable stove. They were quick to respond to our calls when we had hiccups. Everyone was impressed with the place and would love to come back again."

Property has an excellent location right on the beach of lake Cle Elum, one of the few nice beaches on the lake. Lots of nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nice up to date kitchen. The pre-teen kids really enjoyed the game room. The nice hot tub was a hit with everyone. Better than expected bbq grill.
Some suggested improvements:
- improve the A/C distribution, some of the bedrooms got quite warm
- get rid of the animal pet hair
- put blinds on the west facing windows
- consider upgrading the cooking utensils "

"Great House
Ten adults and two childen were very comfortable in this modern house on the lake. With few soft coverings the house is quite noisey with young children so it would impriove the experience with more fabrics likes drapes and carpets. "

"Epic house and great customer service
This house is amazing! The lake view is absolutely beautiful, the entire house is newly updated (comfy beds, incredible showers, etc), and the sauna/hot tub are perfect for relaxing. There is tons of space to spread out to please a large group. 10/10 would recommend this spot!"
