The main entrance is located on the second floor that opens up into the living, dining and wet bar area. You'll love the open concept which allows you to enjoy your own space while soaking up family time. The wet bar includes storage, seating for three and a unique bell to ring the family in! While relaxing in the living and dining area, you can open up the door to the private balcony which leads to the large deck and view of the canal. Just around the corner is the beautiful, updated kitchen area that offers stainless steels appliances, granite countertops, an appealing island, and vast storage options. Right off the kitchen is a half bathroom and stairs that lead to three bedrooms on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet, a private bathroom that includes double sinks, a garden tub and a walk in shower. Also included is a private balcony with chairs that over looks the water. The second and third bedroom share a large guest bathroom with a walk in shower. You will find the washer and dryer on this floor. When you make your way down to the first floor, go through the living room balcony door and down the steps to the lower level deck. You will find the mother in law suite that includes the fourth bedroom. This suite offers it’s own entrance, space, serenity and access to the garage. A king size bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area with seating for four, and access to the deck. CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Nice property
The property was nice, clean and the location was convenient. It has A LOT of stairs and was not very child-friendly for us. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals and this one has just the very basics-one or two towels in the bathrooms, two kitchen towels, and no extras. Many homes I’ve stayed in have a coffee filter if there is a coffee maker, a few extra spatulas, etc. this home has the basics. Sufficient, but nothing extra. The location was convenient to eateries and CVS, and H‐E‐B was a short drive across the bridge. "

"A great place to stay!
During our family reunion, we hosted a dinner for our whole family here! This property did not disappoint! In general, our stay was great - the bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were luxurious and the accommodations for our boat were super helpful. The MIL suite came in so handy! Would definitely rent again!"

"Padre Vacay
Overall enjoyed the stay. A couple of issues occurred, but Padre Escapes group took care of the issues quickly. The unit was close to several different beach access roads. Restaurants and some shopping were nearby as well. Having the canal located behind the unit was perfect. The kids fished and swam, while the adults sat on the upper deck and enjoyed themselves. One downfall was there is an elevator in this 3 floor unit, but it was not accessible. This would have been an asset for us with my 84 year mother-in-law and 100% disabled vet son-in-law. We would have gladly paid extra for the use of the elevator. "
