The main entrance is located on the second floor that opens up into the living, dining and wet bar area. You'll love the open concept which allows you to enjoy your own space while soaking up family time. The wet bar includes storage, seating for three and a unique bell to ring the family in! While relaxing in the living and dining area, you can open up the door to the private balcony which leads to the large deck and view of the canal. Just around the corner is the beautiful, updated kitchen area that offers stainless steels appliances, granite countertops, an appealing island, and vast storage options. Right off the kitchen is a half bathroom and stairs that lead to three bedrooms on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet, a private bathroom that includes double sinks, a garden tub and a walk in shower. Also included is a private balcony with chairs that over looks the water. The second and third bedroom share a large guest bathroom with a walk in shower. You will find the washer and dryer on this floor. When you make your way down to the first floor, go through the living room balcony door and down the steps to the lower level deck. You will find the mother in law suite that includes the fourth bedroom. This suite offers it’s own entrance, space, serenity and access to the garage. A king size bed, private bathroom with tub and shower, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area with seating for four, and access to the deck. CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
