It is surrounded by a salt water marsh & fresh water lakes and is a short 10-minute walk to the beach (approx. 1/2 mile). Onsite amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, tennis courts, outdoor BBQ and eating area, as well as free parking.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Good stay at nice property
We enjoyed a nice stay at this property. It was clean, and as described. Great location close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and attractions. North Beach Realty provided an easy and quick check in and check out process and we're very responsive to our needs. Our only problem was an inoperable washing machine. We reported it twice during our stay, and though we were supplied extra towels, maintenance never came to address the problem. "

The place was clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the enclosed porch was peaceful and serene. The walk to the beach was quick and easy.
