This spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom residence offers enough sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests to spread out comfortably over 2,200 square feet of well-appointed living space, making it a perfect accommodation choice for a large family, multiple families or a group of close friends looking for a home base to explore the great outdoors.
The spacious great room features a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, dining table with seating for 6, a large kitchen island with seating for 3, a gas fireplace, and a 55” TV with FuboTV. Step outside to the covered patio and you’ll enjoy the 4 person dining table, private hot tub, and a gas fire pit!
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a queen master suite with a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a king guest bedroom with a king bed and a TV.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
* A jack-n-jill bath is shared between the king guest bedroom and the bunk room. It features a shower/tub combo.
* The main floor has a 1/2 bath.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. This home has parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Additional cars may be parked a block away at the Suncadia Inn. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Nice Pet Friendly Place in Suncadia
The place was very clean, included everything in the description. We spend a lot of time outside by the gas fireplace and in the hot tub. It was on a pretty quiet street and the neighbors were quiet as well. The game room was also a lot of fun. "

"Winter Family Getaway
This rental was terrific from the time we arrived to the time we departed. It was spacious and allowed for us as two families to be together and still have space. The game room and hot tub were especially great. Management was very helpful, as we were not familiar with outside gas firepits and how to use a key to turn on. They got back to us right away on that. There was a lot of snow and Dawsen’s park was great for playing and sledding."

"Wonderful House
We were five adults, one child and a dog. There was plenty of room for all of us. This home was extremely clean and functional. There is a large game room and hot tub. This was a wonderful experience!"

"Great place to stay just to get away
We chose this site because it was pet friendly which made all the difference for us. The house was very clean and had everything you could think of to keep you entertained (e.g. games, streaming, hot tub, fire pit, etc.) not to mention the sheer amount of walking/running trails available around the location. The location is also close enough to Cle Elum to pick up food items and the resort restaurants. The only downer was not being able to access the resort pool locations which was listed in the disclaimers, but sadly missed when reading the booking. This is not on the property management, but something to be wary of that hopefully gets resolved in the future. This was the only reason I gave it 4 stars overall-because bringing kids hoping for pool access was a huge let down which was at leas made up for with the hot tub and ping pong!"

"Large, family-friendly, comfortable!
A lot of space, super comfy beds, clean bathrooms. Plates, flatware galore and everything seemed newer or well taken care of. Appreciated little touches like night lights, so helpful when staying in a large unfamiliar place! Good for multi-generational groups because of the first floor suite. There are neighbors but it feels quiet and peaceful, though it could have been the time of year we were visiting. Lots of amenities that we didn't have time to use but I bet would be useful for others. Good location - an easy walk to the main Suncadia lodge, but also a short drive to Rosalyn and Cle Elum. We even did a day trip to Leavenworth. Would recommend, would love to come back or stay at another location."

"Latitude Adjustment Needs a little adjustment
Overall we liked the house. It wasn’t as clean as it seemed upon first glance. We found an Emory board and other garbage in the living room near the tables and couches. Didn’t appear that they had vacuumed everywhere. One night we had a fire in the fire pit. The next day we got an email saying security reported a fire at our house. If so, why hadn’t they knocked on the door to see if we were OK? I had to call the management staff to let them know there had not been a fire. Then a couple hours later a maintenance man came to our house saying he heard there had been a fire and we let him know that it was just the fire pit. I offered to let him come in and check and he didn’t even bother. Otherwise we had a good time. We liked that there were games in the garage to play, but it reduced the parking availability. We had four cars which were hard to park in the driveway as it was quite shallow. We ended up parking three across and one behind perpendicularly. The area is really nice and we enjoyed walking on the trails. We saw a lot of deer and pretty flowers. "

"Fabulous and comfortable
Loved the house and all that it offered. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. Teenagers were happy with the garage games and I enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay at the same property again. "

Our stay at this house in Suncadia was great! We enjoyed the firepit, hot tub, cooked at home and slept in comfy beds with no issue. We would definitely recommend booking a stay here!"

We had a great time at this home. Well appointed and clean. Our only complaint was that the hot tub was cold when we arrived (set to 82 degrees) but this wasn't a huge deal. "

"Great stay
This is our second stay at this home. The house is nice. We love the location. Kitchen is well stocked. Ample towels and supplies. Comfortable beds. The garage has fun games. I do have a couple of complaints. The air conditioning is fairly non-existent upstairs. The downstairs is cool and comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms get very hot during the summer and the owner does not provide fans of any kind to help lower the temperature upstairs in the bedrooms. The bathroom counter space upstairs is very limited so it gets a little crowded. And one bathroom that is between two bedrooms has two doors, one of which does not lock, so make sure you are staying with people comfortable with each other. Other than that, we always love our stay at Suncadia and All Seasons Vacation Rentals is lovely to work with."

"Great property with tons of amenities!
This is one of the nicest homes I have stayed at in Suncadia. The finishes and furniture are in great condition. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked making it easy to prepare meals. The game room is fun for all. Only downside is the living room TV is way too high on the wall to comfortably watch TV if you are planning on being inside. All Season's is very easy to rent with and ensures you are all set to have a great experience. "

"Great Getaway
We enjoyed our stay! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen with dishware and nice patio/fire pit and hot tub area. Super clean too! Our only complaint was the television was difficult to figure out and there was no cable or service provider that we could find. We wanted to watch some of the live golf tournament over the weekend. With that being said, overall it was a great place to stay."

"Family get-together
The house was very nice, clean and well supplied except for the soap in the bathroom. The soap bars were the tiniest I have ever seen and for two or more people using a shower for four days, they were not adequate at all. Also please fix the lock on the bathroom that is shared by two bedrooms. We had 2 teenage girls in one of those bedrooms and they were not happy about that at all."

"Beautiful house in great location, BYO Tupperware
The house was beautiful and worked well for our two families. The location is great, right in the mix of everything. The house had the major appliances but was very light on some basic kitchen elements - like Tupperware: there was one huge Tupperware and nothing else which made cooking at home and storing food tricky. There is no foil, Seran wrap, plastic bags, etc so BYO. There are basic spices but no oil or any other baseline cooking elements. Overall - great house, but if you plan to cook, bring your own or plan on running to the store. "
