(Although the home sleeps 6, we can often accommodate families with small children up to 8 guests maximum.)
Parking: There is room for 2 vehicles to be parked in front of the garage. (The garage is not available). You can usually fine at least 1 additional spot for parking around the pool. Boat and RV parking are not allowed in Sunserra, but ask about dry boat storage near the marina for a fee of approximately $35/nt.

* Sunbathing and swimming at one of Crescent Bar’s beautiful public beaches and parks
* Golf – challenging and scenic 9 Hole Par 3 Golf Course in Sunserra
* Rent boats or jet skis to explore the sandy beaches and the “Dunes” on the Columbia River
* Bring your own boat and launch at the new marina just 3 blocks from the Townhome
* Enjoy world class concerts at the Gorge Amphitheatre – a short 20 min drive from the home
* Fish the Columbia River for bass, salmon, sturgeon and more!
* Basketball and Tennis at Sunserra’s semi-private parks
* Enjoy great food and drinks at Sunserra’s Sunfire Grill or Tower Pizza near the marina
The Sunserra heated pools and hot tubs are open weather permitting, typically starting in May through September. The main hot tub in the center of the resort is typically open year-round. The hot tub just steps from the townhome is often open during major holiday weekends during the off-season months.
(Please no party groups that would disturb the neighbors. Minimum age to rent is 28.)

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Comfortable and spacious
This was a great house, in a nice community with easy pool/hot tub access. A well stocked home that had plenty of space and privacy for three couples (nice comfy beds and bedding), with a lovely kitchen and entertaining space. Parking is likely to be challenging when the community is crowded, since there is no garage, but worked for us. "

"Oasis in the Desert for Concerts at the Gorge Ampitheater
What a great place to stay, just a short drive to the Gorge Ampitheater. Very clean, comfy bedrooms and they have all you'll need to make some delicious food in the kitchen. The pool is just outside the unit and very clean as well. Lastly, the views and area surroundings are just amazing. We would definitely stay here again."
