WELCOME TO PA’S PLACE
This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort boasts a huge great room with soaring 25’ ceilings, a spacious and private outdoor living space, and a fantastic garage game room. Pa’s Place backs up to a green belt and is within a short 5min walk to Battista Park! This luxurious home features four expertly furnished bedrooms and three and a ½ baths spread out over 2,800 square feet of living space. This is a perfect retreat for 3 to 4 couples or multiple families.

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 70” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio boasting plenty of comfortable seating, a large private hot tub, gas fire pit, and a gas BBQ.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The main floor master has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a private bath.
• The junior master on the 2nd floor features a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bath.
• The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a king bed, and shares a large dual sink bathroom with the bunk room.
• The 2nd floor bunk room sleeps 6 across has two sets of twin over twin bunks, and two twin beds. This room also features a TV lounge for the children and a small deck.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The owners of Pa's Place have a dog that visits the cabin infrequently. Although the cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Christmas weekend
House was in excellent condition, beautiful property and setting. High ceilings made it hard to stay warm. The bunk beds upstairs were designed for small children so house can comfortably fit 3 couples and 6 kids. Unfortunately we had 7 adults and 3 teenagers so sleeping was not great"

Pa's Place is a fantastic house for a large family or a few families. We had an amazing time cooking in the kitchen, sitting by both the fireplaces (indoor & outdoor) and playing in the game room. "Family getaway w teens on college/high school break
What a peaceful time in a lovely place ... lovely decor, plenty of fuzzy blankets to curl up under with a good book, impressively stocked kitchen supplies (and that's saying something from me!), fun non-TV activities in the garage (too cold for the bikes yet but good to know they were there for another time), yet lots of TV's for those times when we each just wanted to recharge batteries alone, very private yard, loved the hot tub, very responsive hosts ... Running out of ways to say how much we loved our stay and would come back again!"

"Just ok
The house was nice, but the finishes were disappointing for the amount of money you pay to stay at this property. We have our own construction business and we noticed that the finishes appeared to be rushed through &incomplete. The tile work in the master suite upstairs was left incomplete and none of the nail holes had been filled. Not sure about the rest of the home. The adult beds were nice, but all four of the teenagers did not sleep well during the course of our stay as the beds were uncomfortable. In comparison with Heart of the Hill, which we stayed at 2ys ago, we were disappointed with the amount of money we paid for what we got. We paid more for this property than for Heart of the Hill, which is a bigger property with nicer finishes and quality items. For example, the hot tub at Heart of the Hill was bigger, had more features, was better quality, and the lid was attached to the arm, making it easy to secure it. The hot tub at this property was small, inexpensive, the water was murky, the temperature dropped to 94 during one use, and the lid had to be taken off completely and then secured with a strap. Some of the items in the kitchen appeared to be from the dollar store ¬ what I would expect for a rental that rents for over $1,000/night with taxes and fees. There was no conditioner, just small tubes of shampoo one would find at a hotel and no body wash, which heart of the hill and similar properties in Sun River and Leavenworth provide at no additional cost. Also, the house was cold throughout the night because the thermostat is set and even if you change it so that it's warmer, it only stays to the temp you changed it to for about an hour before returning to the pre-set temperature. The kids were cold as was my sister and her husband, whereas my mom, and my husband and I were fine. I will say the game room is a nice touch &the kids really enjoyed this feature, as did the adults. We especially liked that it had the heater in there to keep the temp comfy."

"Wonderful weekend getaway
Well equipped house with everything you need. Nice hot tub. Great kitchen and eating space. Enjoyed the pool table and ping pong. Appreciated the pac n play for our little one. Nice clean grill, cozy fire-pit, and even had sleds for the kids to borrow for the winter sledding hill at the driving range. Fun weekend. Watch out for deer and wild turkeys!"

Truly amazing property and amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor grill and heater, firepit.
Several mule deer visited each mid morning out the back patio.
Best location we have experienced after several rentals in Suncadia.
Although construction was taking place adjacent to the property, it was still extremely quiet and did not bother us.
Only left once to golf. Stayed in and relaxed. Host immediately responded to need propane tank for the outdoor heater and left us a spare. Top notch experience in an amazing home."
