From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious four bedroom townhome. The main living area boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining table expands to seat 8 comfortably with an additional 2 at the kitchen bar. The comfortable couches and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace.
Just off the great room is a fantastic outdoor living space with views of the Prospector Golf Course driving range and a gas fire pit. The whole family will enjoy relaxing in the warm, private hot tub just steps off the back patio. The whole family will enjoy playing ping-pong and shuffleboard in the garage game room!

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Very nice place to stay
House was very clean. The kitchen was well furnished. We loved the layout of the house. The backyard was nice but it was rainy outside so we didn’t get to use it much. The only thing that was slightly disappointing is we had planned to cook burgers on the grill but it would not go above 250 degrees so we ended up not using it. "

"Suncadia Zen Den
We had a wonderful time at the Zen Den at Suncadia! It was so clean and cozy, perfect for our family group. We were pretty excited that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom - so extra but very convenient! Loved the hottub and the close proximity to the golf course for snowy play with the kids, walking distance to ice skating and cocoa at the lodge. "

"Great family weekend getaway
The house was clean and extremely well stocked in the kitchen with tools for eating in. Ping pong and shuffle board were lots of fun for the whole family! The hot tub was great and easy to use. After inquiring about an early check in we were emailed as soon as the home was clean and checked in two hours early. The only thing that surprised me was the section of suncadia the home was located in is under construction however while we were there no workers were. "

"Cozy, spacious, mostly-fenced yard great for dogs
This house totally fit our needs for 3 adults + two kids and a dog. The rooms were all comfortable and well equipped. Ping pong and shuffleboard in garage were a hit with our kids. Back yard was *mostly* fenced - we slid over a large outdoor chair to block one large gap in fencing - worked great for our dog and hard to find secure outdoor spaces like this in Suncadia, so big plus and a reason I'd choose this home again! The location is a 5-minute walk to the main lodge which was great for grabbing coffee and soaking in that view! "

"Zen Den Suncadia review
We have been vacationing at Suncadia for about 15 years, staying in the Lodge, the Inn, Trailhead Condos and several homes. Zen Den was the cleanest place we’ve stayed and the kitchen was the best stocked. Very close to the lodge and Prospector golf. Highly recommend staying at Zen Den. ASVR was very responsive to our questions, recommended using them to find you a rental."

"Great location
The house was a great spot for 6 teens and 2 adults. The bunk room was perfect for the boys to have their own space. House was clean and kitchen stocked with pots, pans, toaster everything we needed.
Management was great to work with.
Pictures make the back yard look much bigger that it actually is. Also if you bring your pet like we did you have to build a "fence" so they don't get out as it is not a fully fenced in yard.
When we were packing up our cars the cleaning lady was literally waiting for us outside. At 11am on the dot she came over to us and told us we had to leave because she had another family coming in. Felt very rushed to get out. I understand the 11am departure time, just have never experienced being rushed out of a vacation home. "

"Relaxing stay in well kept accommodations
We stayed here in February and were very satisfied with the location, decor and cleanliness of the property. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable and it fit 3 couples and kids quite nicely. The shuffle board and ping pong table were appreciated by both young and old. We did have an issue with the oven which was dealt with quickly by the All-Seasons rental team. A couple of items to be aware of: For pet parents it should be noted that the yard is not fully fenced as there is no gate on the side of the property. Secondly noise does carry in the house so if you have light sleepers this could be an issue (it wasn’t for us). All in all though a great stay."

"Great for several couples!
We loved that every room (4) had comfortable beds and their own bathroom! The ping-pong table, shuffleboard, and hot tub was great as well. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with the gas fireplace watching all of the sledders go down the hill across the way. My only suggestion would be that you should only have two cars because the property shares a driveway with another unit so you only have 2 spots. There is one extra parking spot but our neighbors had three cars so we only had room for two."

"Lovely vacation retreat!
Beautiful home located in a cute townhouse neighborhood in Suncadia! Everything was as promised - spacious enough for 3 families and our dogs. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The location is also great if you want to head over to the lodge and enjoy a meal or the spa. Additionally, the sledding hill was right next door and we had the best time taking advantage of the snowy conditions. Huge thanks for a great long weekend!"

Wondeful stay.House was ready early ..so we received a phone call from property manager we could check in. Lots of snow and our driveway and sidewalks were all cleared first thing in morning. We have used ASVR many times and service and communication has been exceptional "
