Arbor Trace has it's own private community swimming pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Very nice and well equipped apartment at a very nice place
This is a very nice apartment, which is well equipped. Everything is there, what you need during one week of vacation. Even two coffee machines, of which one unfortunately did not work. Even four chairs and an umbrella were available for the beach.
We booked through which means, that you already accept all rental conditions prior to finally booking the apartment. Therefore it was kind of surprising to get multiple emails from North Beach Vacation Rental. I was kind of annoyed by the amount of emails, but others may not mind. We do a lot of booking through . This was the first time to get bombarded by the agent with emails."

"A Stay at Barefoot
Overall, everything about the unit is quite acceptable however, the living room furniture is showing its age and is not very comfortable. For short term stays you could easily put up with it, but for longer stays it becomes a distraction. Our only complaint. "

"4th of July Vacation
The rental was a beautifully decorated condo that included everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked and they gave enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)until we made it to the store. It was in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. The kids loved that the pool was directly across the parking lot from the condo and we swam daily. The closet of beach supplies on the balcony was awesome too! We took advantage of the free activities offered with the rental and did the Voyager Dolphin Cruise. It was not as advertised and was basically a boat ride out to the Atlantic and back. No shrimp boats and up close experience for the kids as advertised. They were bored and very disappointed!
The only drawback for us was the downstairs full time neighbor who was knocking on our door WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF ARRIVAL complaining that we were too loud! We had only just walked into the door and put down our luggage (4pm)! So, that put a damper on our time spent in the condo. After a day or so of trying to keep kids quiet 24/7, we simply started enjoying the condo and just made sure to be quiet in the evenings and early mornings. Overall, we loved the condo and would definitely rent again. Thanks!"
