CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Beach stay
This rental was within walking distance of the beach. It was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Nicely decorated with a beach theme. Pool was very nice."

"New Year Beauty
This is the fourth time staying at this property but the first time in this unit. I was skeptical about coming in the colder months but I absolutely loved every minute. The pool was warm and I was even able to lay out for a tan even with the temperature in the 60’s. My unit had an amazing view of the fireworks display on New Years. My unit was clean, comfortable and loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The only negative was the closet/lack of a closet? Where the closet is in other units there was absolutely nothing in the area. I stayed six days and lived out of my suitcase (it was ok glad they had a thing I could set my luggage on)Other than that I had a wonderful time!!! I’m ready to book my next vacation and will use Padre Escape and this property again. "

"Very pleasant stay . We're be back.
We spent a week in early May . The weather was perfect. The pool was warm enough to lounge in it. Beach was only 4 minute walk.
The Beach was covered with 6 inches of seaweed for the entire area so you really couldn't sit on the beach or swim.
The condo was very nice. Well kept and clean.
The microwave is kept on top of the refrigerator which is very dangerous when handling hot items. I would suggest getting a smaller one that fits on the counter or above the oven. A little improvement goes a long way.
The clothes dryer is old and rusty on the inside. We did not want to use it.
However we were extremely pleased with the Beach Club and CB227 and would recommend it . We will return off season after August when the crowds have returned to school. "

"Bad customer service, not worth it
Terrible customer service and management. The hot tub did not work and we reported the day we arrived, were told they would fix it. They did not! Also this place was terrible parking, the fan was not clean (dust all over it), mold above the shower, stove not level (difficult to cook), ice maker did not work, rust on refrigerator, stains on bench in master, stains on sofa. Padre Escape is not located on site and the response time was terrible! I would not recommend using anything that Padre Escape rents!"

This rental offered a super clean condo within walking distance of nearby stores, cart rentals, and of course, the beach. The common areas and pool were also very clean, and the on-site car rinse was a plus."

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Suite. The condo was so comfortable and had all the essentials. Such a cute condo. Perfect location. We had an extended stay with absolutely no issues. Any questions I did have were answered immediately. Definitely hope to return. "
