This 2nd floor unit (sorry no elevator) is only 1/2 a mile from the beach and features a screened in porch overlooking the natural saltwater marsh. This beautifully renovated unit has all new flooring, furniture and an updated fully stocked kitchen. For your convenience there is a flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi and in-unit washer & dryer.
Located in the popular Shore Drive section of the Grand Strand, Dunes Pointe provides you with a great place to experience a Myrtle Beach vacation. It is surrounded by a salt water marsh & fresh water lakes and is only 1/2 a mile from the beach. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, BBQ area, tennis courts and free parking. Renters are not permitted to have golf carts on-site.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Comfy vacay away from home
They had everything we needed to enjoy several days at the beach. A 5 minute walk from south Myrtle beach. The property was absolutely beautiful, and the pool was so warm and to die for. Check in and check out was super easy. Would definitely recommend to others, and will most likely be staying here in the future. "

"A reasonably priced older 1brm condo, renovated
The Dunes Pointe condo are fairly old and many renovation seem to be in progress. The B10 unit had recently been renovated and looked good in good shape with new appliances, not so much the pots and pans. The washer and Dryer were a must for extended stays and both got the job done. The pest control workers try to stay ontop of things, but I did see a stray water bug there, and gnats buzzing around.The unit overlooks the pool, so can be a bit noisy, also the parking lot.
A 5 minute walk to the beach, an Irish pub on the corner opposite BP gas, and golf right there, open to the public. Also main st 17 close for shopping, tanger mall nearby.
The rental company did a great job responding to issues with the unit, also informing on the availability of the unit, I actually extended my stay by a feww weeks, and they accommodate "

"Nice and relaxing
This was my first time staying at a condo rental for vacation. It was very clean when we arrived and the email letting us know what was and wasn't supplied was great, so we were prepared. We didn't use the kitchen a ton, but everything we needed was available. It was also only a half mile from the beach, so we walked down daily. That was probably my favorite thing."

This was a bit small, but overall a great place to stay! Be prepared to walk a bit to get to the ocean, but with a little planning, and a rolling cart or cooler, you'll be set!!"

"Not what we expected
I was satisfied with the property’s location however the unit was not clean when we arrived. The floor was full of sand and very dusty. The furniture in living room was well used as well as the bedroom furniture was not comfortable. The description stated it was Newley renovated which was no longer the case. The flooring was separating in various locations, kitchen also showed signs of not being cared for. We were satisfied with the management company however I would not recommend this property to others. We ended up leaving two days early as this was just not what we expected. "

"3 Month Rental Review
The location and unit itself were perfect for what I needed. The place was very clean. Location was perfect for walking to the beach or bars down at the beach. My only complaint would be the noise level for above and below neighbors. Being woken up at 6/7am to families screaming at their kids and running around was not very enjoyable. Some days they would play music so loud I was unable to even hear my tv with all doors and windows shut. Besides the noise concerns this place was perfect for my extended stay. The staff at North Beach was able to accommodate my unexpected week extension which was awesome. Everyone was super friendly and helpful whenever needed."
