After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Third Stay in Cinnamon Beach Area First Stay in This Unit Very comfortable unit for 2+ week stay with our 2 adult children visiting immediate family living in The Dunes. Missing all 5 Stars ONLY due to a couple minor & relative inexpensive fixes/replacements but annoying if you "live" there for your stay - kitchen sink faucet was broken making it hard to wash dishes or clean sink nonworking spray (taped up), no pull out, or wider swing ability (and leaks under sink), dishwasher original & super loud, window cornice in MBR was down & taking up space in small MBR closet, need linen refresh(only 4 washcloths, no potholders, worn towels) a set of real drinking glasses would be nice - random few but most plastic- & some were thin throw away quality. Prior units we've been in were just better equipped as a full time home away from home, but we would not hesitate to rebook this unit! Facility issue* Would be nice if use of the gym was possible - unless super early am, we couldn't use it much of the time due to kids running amok in there goofing off despite the signs. Walks on the beach twice a day . The one strange thing was the counter stools . The counter was bar height but the stools were counter height so they were of no use . The beds were very comfortable. The master bathroom was large with a great shower and soaking tub. We were very close to Publix and several restaurants. Our favorite restaurants were Nextdoor in Flagler Beach and the Atlantic Grill a short drive away. Also great pizza at Bronx Pizza on 1A ." We loved our vacation at 664 Cinnamon Beach! The million dollar view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing and where we spent the majority of our time watching and listening to the waves. The condo is spacious. The kitchen has quality dishes and pans. We appreciated having resort features like the adult pool and workout facility and we felt safe in the gated community. We loved the uncrowded, quiet beach! It's not a swimming beach though, lots of big rocks just beyond the water line. We did not swim in the ocean, but we did put some miles in walking the coquina shell beach (where it gets its cinnamon color). It's walkable barefoot, but you might want to wear shoes or sandals if you have sensitive feet. The unit is close to Publix and A1A Fisheries where you can get fresh fish. Cinnamon Beach Vacation Rentals are awesome to work with and provide excellent customer service. If you need something, they are on it immediately. We are already planning a return trip!" It would be helpful to have some sort of directions on how to operate the TV remotes, as it was confusing to have to use both remotes for each TV." The owner provided lots of sheets, towels, and beach towels. We didn't realize there were beach chairs and had brought our own. The views of the ocean and beach from the unit and balcony were spectacular. What a treat to see the sunrises over the ocean right from our bed and hear the crashing waves! This was our first visit to Cinnamon Beach and we were impressed. The complex offers many amenities and is impeccably maintained. Unfortunately there are no areas for grilling, but there was a George Forman that sufficed. The management company was very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. We followed their recommended security gate requirements, so both our access and our guests' were seamless. There were nice bike trails, kayaking, golf, and restaurants close by.
