Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"NO-cean Creek G14
We have been to Ocean Creek Resort several times and have stayed in a different condo each time. Having little kids we love the location, proximity to the beach and convenience of the resort. Our most recent experience, however, left a lot to be desired and we will be looking for a different place to stay in the future.
Check in was easy and we were able to get in a little earlier than the designated check in time. However, when we arrived at the condo it clearly had not been cleaned. Linens had been changed but the floors, counters, and sinks had not been cleaned. The dishwasher was full, there was a lot of hair on the floors and walls and sand EVERYWHERE. It hadn’t been dusted in a while and the white baseboards were filthy. The master bedroom had small bugs smashed on the wall. We were there only long enough to look around at the accommodations when I noticed my child’s feet were black and sandy. I looked for a vacuum but the condo didn’t have one. I sent the rental company a few pictures and ask that someone be sent to clean. The person i was in communication with was professional and responsive - sending a housekeeper the next morning.
The next morning I did not know the housekeeper had arrived so accidentally walked in on her. She had piles and piles of dirt, sand and hair that she was sweeping up. At this point I was uncomfortable staying in this condo knowing how dirty it was but options were limited in the area as much was sold out. We spent as little time as possible in our condo bc it was truly making me squeamish to be there. As the week went on, we realized the front loading washing machine had mold in it and the broken dryer lint cover fell into the machine, tumbling around noisily with every use. The bathtub didn’t drain and there were cockroaches in one of the bathrooms.
I requested and was given the cleaning fee back since there was no evidence of cleaning. I wish I had requested an complete "

"Great view and Location
This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and is within walking distance to Barefoot Landing, which has a lot to do at. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Would recommend this condo and hope to stay here again! "

"Home away from home
We come to Myrtle Beach every year and we would be disappointed if we could not stay at Ocean Creek Resort. We look forward to this trip every year and every year we hate to leave because we love this property and what it has to offer. It is our home away from home. "

"Beautiful in every way
We are very particular when it comes to a hotel and even more so when using a VRBO. This property was clean, beautifully decorated and the location and view couldn't be beat. My only drawback was the lack of basic items to get you started that we have had at other VRBO stays. Only one small hotel size shampoo, body wash in each bathroom, nothing to prepare coffee for the first day at all, no laundry pods at all. I have found that most every place provides these basics. Additionally, only one roll of basic toilet paper in each bathroom. We stayed 5 days. We ran out and had to go buy it. "

"Conservatively Renovated North Tower Condo
The unit itself was renovated though not to the scale some of the other units have been that we have stayed at in Ocean Creek. The linens and bath towels were cheap and the unit only stocked 1 paper towel roll and 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom which was odd in comparison to the units we have had prior with homeowners. Most of the units we have stayed in previously also had at minimum - salt, pepper and maybe a cooking spray or oil. This unit had NOTHING and the bare minimum when it came to cooking pans, utensils, etc."

"Some glaring deficiencies
Pros: The furniture was comfortable and in good shape. The floors were tile or laminate - no nasty carpets. The view was great.
Cons: The garbage disposal and dish washer didn't work. The maintenance man said he was called about them a week ago and they need to be replaced. The air vents in the walls and ceiling were disgusting. They were BLACK with what looked like mold. DISGUSTING. Peeling paint in different places. One of the table stools needs to be repaired.
I could not recommend this unit in its current condition."

"Quick early summer getaway
My mother, daughter and I spent 3 night at the north tower. We had the penthouse with 2 bedrooms, (both accessing the enormous balcony) small kitchen and large living/dining area. We loved the view, enjoyed 1 of the pools, and it was a quick walk over the bridge to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Just wish we didn’t have to go to the management office (not on-site) to get keys and access information. "

"G14 North Tower survey
We were satisfied with the location and view but the condo was not very clean. Our white socks were black on the bottom after just arriving. There was paint peeling on the walls. Curtain rod broken, and screen door in bedroom broken and left on balcony. The vents had black mold on them. Also, a moldy coffee filter was left in the coffee pot. Couldn't sit outside on balcony as there were so many wasps. Under cushions on couch, there was food and bottlecaps, etc. Not clean at all. This is why we would not recommend this condo. The location of the condo was great, really enjoyed being across from Barefoot Landing. Description regarding layout and location and amenties were accurate. Should have had plastic cups in the cupboards. "

"The view is amazing
I loved the penthouse view. The condo sits facing the Atlantic Ocean and the inlet. You can watch the water in the inlet change directions with the tide.
The cobdo was beautiful and perfect. I felt like a princess in my big comfy bed. ��

"Wonderful Vacay
Nothing but positive experiences with North Beach Realty. Addressed issues ASAP. This rental was wonderful. Looked as pictured, clean,great location. One thing would say is if you have someone with walking limitations, it is a longer than normal walk to beach given the resort setup. But otherwise, we loved the pools and cabana bar."
