Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Just wish we didn’t have to go to the management office (not on-site) to get keys and access information. The vents had black mold on them. Also, a moldy coffee filter was left in the coffee pot. Couldn't sit outside on balcony as there were so many wasps. Under cushions on couch, there was food and bottlecaps, etc. Not clean at all. This is why we would not recommend this condo. The location of the condo was great, really enjoyed being across from Barefoot Landing. Description regarding layout and location and amenties were accurate.
