This vacation rental offers a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom floor plan and is located on the lake in the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. The private balcony offers bay, lake, and golf views and is the perfect spot to kick back and relax! The fully-stocked kitchen and living room also share in those same mesmerizing water views. You are sure to feel right at home in this amazing townhome. The living room hosts a full size sleeper sofa and a Smart flat screen TV. The dining area has a nice table with seating for four. In the master bedroom, you can relax in the king-size bed where you can watch the Smart TV or gaze at the lake from your bed. The master bathroom features a single vanity, with an LED lighted vanity mirror (it also has an anti-fog option!), and a brand new, immaculate walk-in shower. If you are feeling a little adventurous, hop on the golf cart that comes included with your rental! Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.

- Cancellation(s) for monthly/snowbird guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a $200.00 cancellation fee plus tax if pricing has been confirmed and a contract has been signed. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 60 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.

Were able to watch the fireworks from the village right from our balcony with an unobstructed view. Our daughter loved it! Having a golf cart is a must when staying in this community so we were very thankful for the very nice and comfy golf cart! The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It was also very spacious. Loved the shower! Gibson Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and organized. We are vacation rental owners ourselves and we know how hard it is to find a good management company. This condo is one of our favorites now because of the location on the bay, amenities that you don't realize you have until you get ready to use them like: very nice shower with multiple shower heads, fog free bathroom mirror, Alexa, comfy bed,firm pillows, nice washer, dryer and appliances that actually work, (we stayed somewhere last year where the front of the microwave fell off and golf cart was duct taped) and nice new golf cart with rain panels.
