This updated condo in a beachfront complex is a great option for anyone looking to spend their vacation on the beach. Take the short walk from your front door, down the steps and into the sand or just sit on your balcony and and soak in the sun. Then when you head in from the beach take a dip in the huge heated pool, what a great way to cool off after a long day in the sun. The living room has a cozy vibe and offers amazing views while the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! The bedrooms are spread out and offer enough room for the family. You won't regret staying with us!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
