This lovely home is the perfect location to walk to the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, and charming downtown New Braunfels full of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!! Only a 2 minute drive to Landa Park.
Remodeled, charming 3-bedroom 2 full bath home. Huge fenced in back yard so you can bring your fur friends! 2 Dogs Maximum, $25 per dog per day.
Right on Landa street with a circle drive sits this charming home. Open kitchen/dining/living area. Standard Drip and Keurig Combo Coffee maker. The living room has cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table seats six with additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Off the dining area is a large den/media room with a smart TV (no cable) with an attached full bath. The master bedroom features a king size bed. 2nd and 3rd bedroom have one queen in each and there is a full bathroom convenient to all 3 rooms. Propane Grill in the back yard, tank provided. If tank is empty you can exchange it at your expense at the convenience store. Adirondack chairs and a gas fire pit, café lights and a picnic table.
No smoking. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. We will allow 2 additional guests if you want to bring an air mattress. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact for pricing details. This property is $2200 per month got December, January and February. The month of march is available at $2500 per month.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in full forfeiture of payment. On monthly reservations the cancellation policy increases to 30 days. We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures.

"Nice House, Good Experince
This is a small, well-maintained house with a very nice, fenced-in backyard w/lights and a propane grill. The property does sit on a fairly busy street. Between the owners and the leasing agency, the house had all of the cooking utensils, etc. that we needed, but did not have hardly any cleaning supplies which made cleaning the kitchen after a meal more difficult. Overall, well worth the price and very functional. We would rent it again."

"Wonderful Experience!
Would definitely stay there again!. Wonderful place ! Everything you need is there, HEB grocery is a short drive! Wonderful ( the best)TexMex nearby...Herbert’s!.. cozy home... plenty of room to relax and enjoy. We were there 9 days... I didnt want to leave! Would definately stay there again... only thingnto add was that my mom is in a wheelchair and once in the house was easy to manuever around. Six inch step to get in... ( needed portable ramp) , and bathroom doors are 26” and wheelchair wouldnt go through. Rented a small portable wheelchair. Also had to rent lift from “cloud of goods” and delivered to home and was wonderful in helping us accomodate."

"Beautifully Perfect
Momma's House on Landa is beautiful. We had an amazing stay for our short visit to New Braunfels. Perfect location. Very clean. Newly remodeled. Spacious, yet cozy for great family vacations. The home was also a great stay for our elderly dog. She enjoyed the backyard. If we ever find ourselves in New Braunfels again, Momma's House is our first option. "

"Super cute and Dog Friendly
The house was super cute and the backyard was perfect for my miniature schnauzer. I was a bit nervous about being so close to a main road but once inside you couldn't hear anything.The backyard was beautiful and large enough for my mini to play fetch and run around and tire himself out. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to everything and our mini had fun at the nearby dog park. We will definitely stay there when we go back to New Braunfels. "

"Wonderful Stay
The house is in a great spot- very accessible. The 3 bedrooms we needed were perfect. The 2 living room spaces were both great hangout spots for our family. The only minor recommendation would be to fix the front bathroom sink. We had to manually drain it every time we brushed our teeth, washed hands etc. But so minor flaw compared to everything else! House was clean and would definitely go back! "

"Weekend Getway
This location was a great place to stay. It is located near everything and you don't have to drive far. Very clean and very welcoming and accommodating. They have thought of every comfort feature for your stay. Beds were super comfortable!! No noise could be heard from the surroundings. The only thing was one of the bathrooms, the sinks would not drain.The management property offered to send someone out to look at it, but we just managed with it for the stay. We would definitely book again! "

Great location! Close to Wurstfest! Modern and comfortable. Enjoyed to quiet back yard. Only problem was the management company requesting photo ID and credit card and then not releasing the access information until the morning we were to check in. Since I was traveling made it inconvenient."

This home is adorable. Remodeled and cozy. Super clean. The fenced yard is safe and perfect for any size dog. Parking is so easy due to a circular drive. We could put our car in the garage at night. All the bedrooms were nicely done. Very quiet even though you are on a fairly busy street. We would book again!"

"SPECTACULAR STAY
I must say, this house is CLEAN, COZY AND FANTASTIC!! We stayed only for the weekend. The location is close to all the places we visited, which was Gruene, Landa park (we took our Shitzhu, Ardie and he loved the ride on the train) we also hiked out at Landa Park, Bucees is always a must! We also shopped alot in the area over by Bucees as well. The house was such a comfort for us. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The TV room is where we spent much of our time. The backyard is awesome because of its privacy and beauty. The weather was perfect! As if we needed any more oohs and aahs, the deer that came out at all hours of the day (it seemed like) added a perfect experience. We loved our stay and we appreciate all the decor and thought put in to this rental. We will stay here again. On a side note, we took our Keurig and our coffee and used that instead just because we don't buy coffee grounds in bags anymore. But I usually take my keurig with me anyway. They do have a very nice coffee pot. I also took extra trash bags and our own paper plates, roll of paper towels just because I like to have that available for my family. Thank you very much."

GREAT LOCATION! The rooms were very close together. But the house was extremely nice. and very clean. Great back yard. The kitchen was a little small, but we didn't cook this trip, so it was not an issue. Overall the house was extremely nice, with comfortable beds, and Comal river access was less than a mile away."
