All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee, of $150.00, 3% credit card fee (if applicable), and a $35.00 reservation fee. The aforementioned applies to ALL reservation cancellations
Reservations made after 05/23/2020, if we are classified as being under a "Rental Ban", prior to arrival date all monies paid will be refunded. If a "Rental Ban", were to occur during a stay, the balance of nights not used would be refunded... We are sharing a review with you directly which you are welcome to post. Beach Beauty This property is a hidden treasure on 30A. Yes there are many beautiful properties but you wont find one that has everything especially for the price. Location is perfect. Walk across a street with a safe pedestrian cross walk to enter a clean entrance to the white sand beach. What a surprise to find beach chairs, a boogie board, umbrella and sand toys included. A 2 min walk to rent bikes that you can then take out to many nearby beach towns like watercolor, seaside, etc. Also a short car trip to Panama city or Destin. Steps from a delicious coffee shop/Cafe and close to several restaurant options. Or use the fully equipped kitchen and eat in the kitchen nook, counter, or balcony. The rental was clean and had a cute beach decor. We didn't use the pool (too many other things to do) but we saw many families enjoying it. However what we found best was their rental company's service. You never know what that will be like until you need it. We had an unexpected to get in contact with the rental company. To our surprise they responded in minutes. They listened and responded to our situation. They stayed in communication with us until our situation was resolved.
